   We had dinner at David’s last night. Service and ambiance were excellent but food was underwhelming. The bread was difficult to chew, steak was cooked perfectly but slightly cool, risotto and soup were lukewarm. The staff were friendly and attentive and seemed to go the extra mile, just slightly disappointed in our meals.

   Haley was a wonderful, attentive server serving delicious food in out private room for 10! everyone was raving about what they ordered and we all ordered differently. there were clean plates all around except for one who took her leftovers home! highly reccomend.

   Service was excellent. Super snazzy place, yet not pretentious, at all. It's clean, good lighting, nice booths. The food was perfect. We had scallops, and lamb. These guyz are the real deal. Fairly spendy, as was expected. Exactly what you're looking for in fine dining

   Amelia Island cucumber infused martini was refreshing and the seasonal caprese salad was excellent! Filet Oscar with the lobster tail never disappoints.

   The food was amazing and our server, Marley was the best. Second time we have had the pleasure of her friendly and knowledgeable work. Her assistant Helen was great too. The surf and turf was to die for and the scallops were amazing, so says my wife. We will be back. Best restaurant in Fernandina. Yes expensive but well worth it.

   The food was superb, service was excellent. The couple behind us had no clue about using inside voices and it was a little disconcerting. The sea bass is so good! The atmosphere is nice.

   Absolutely amazing experience. Our server was so lovely and kind, our food was outstanding (mom and I both got the filet mignon and split the crème brûlée). The only downside is that it is a pricey place, but it was worth it and I would absolutely come back!!!

   David's is always our favorite place to go, to enjoy a special meal. The food is amazing, and service is exceptional.

    First of all, I like wine usually buy it by the glass because my wife doesn’t drink it so they let you try it to make sure you like it before selecting it, that’s a rarity and everybody should do it outstanding idea. We had a roasted beef salad that was gone too quickly because my wife and I shared it and we both loved it. I had the special fish of the day which was an incredible red snapper prepared perfectly cooked to perfection. My wife had the Seabass, which was also cooked to perfection. You cannot go wrong at davis restaurant
