    General Manager, Amanda was rude and argumentative. Her name is Amanda. We had a reservation for 10:45. We were running ten minutes behind and arrived at 10:55. We waited at the front desk for 5 minutes without anyone present. The General manager took a picture of the last reservation telling us that she was not gone for 5 minutes. She wanted to sit us at the bar while the restaurant was on at 30% capacity. Poor service do not go.

    The food & the portion size was good. The music was very good which added to the loudness in the room. Most of the staff seemed a little inexperienced to serving which may have attributed to the food’s seeming to arriving later than expected. I would definitely patronage them again despite them not having a buffet.

    The ambiance is very nice. However, the menu options were very poor. The menu used to be more extensive for better value. The new menu was just fair. The food itself was fair. Overall my visit was fair.

    I order the standard, small crumble strips of bacon. This is my third time back to David's since Covid. Is does not measure up to the same standard when they first open. The food presentation use to be outstanding. Now it's just standard fare. I drove from DC to bring a friend there to celebrate her birthday. Chix and waffles are no longer on the menu. The waffles with ice cream does not work for me. David's use to be crowded for Brunch. Something isn't the same. It needs to be fixed. My food was okay, at least not enough to complain to the manager. I will not be making that drive any more. Once I rave to my family about French toast and Chix and waffles presentation. Bought them out there and was disappointed. This will be my last time. Service was excellent.

    Atmosphere is pleasant. Amble number of seating options. Server was very pleasant and accessible, but it did take awhile for the ordered food to be served. Some of the menu items ordered were excellent and some were not.

    Horrible! This is my second chance giving them a try. Today we waited for the server to seat us, she forgot about us. Another young lady came and apologized and sat us. After 45 minutes of not being waited on (because the guy was upset one of the servers sat us in his area and under staffed) we left! I asked for the manager, they said they didn’t have one on duty, just an executive chef! We never got the chance to order, even with a reservation! I don’t recommend.

    Food and atmosphere is great. I had a 11:30 reservation for 5 people for bottomless brunch. It took about 40 mins to get a glass of water and the champagne and juice to the table. It was about an hour to actually order our food. Things we asked for were never brought, and our waiter would hand us 2/5 glasses then suddenly walk away to another table. I am local and brought out of state friends to show them David's as I've had good experiences in the past. I am very disappointed in the service there. The kitchen manager we spoke to blamed it on how busy the place was, however there were empty tables all around us and I have been there when it is really busy - my guest even commented that they would have absolutely understood if it *was* extremely busy - we have all worked food service before and are aware of what's it like. I do not mind waiting for my food, however the food didn't even take long! It was anything the server brought us himself such as water, champagne, a side of bacon that was never put in and never brought (after asking for it several times!). I believe everyone at the table would have simply appreciated a "sorry for the wait" as opposed to being blamed by the manager for having to wait 40 mins for a two ingredient drink you're making yourself at the table! I am not sure I will go again unfortunately, despite the food being very good.

    Absolutely fantastic! The staff was accommodating with my party. Our server was patient and efficient. The food was amazing for a great price! We all had a wonderful experience.

    We went for dinner there. While the food was good as always the service was awful...the worst server Dalmar we have ever had...We finished our meal and she was no ware to be found..after waiting 25 minutes went and found a manager and asked if they could find our server...when she finally came to the table...no I am sorry...or anything...and the restaurant was not busy...so no reason for the poor service.

    My salmon was raw when I cut it in half. The waitress took it back and they cooked it more which was fine but it should have been replaced with a completely new piece.

    Wouldn’t recommend! One waitress causing horrible service. Crab cake was awful. My husband and I were done eating by the time my son got his food. Waitress didn’t write anything down so the first meal he received wasn’t what he ordered. Offered us desserts to compensate. We ordered bread pudding which was also horrible, very dry. Forgot to mention we were seated in the bar because they had a private event in the restaurant, which we never saw, being as we were there for over 2 hours. It was my birthday dinner that was comped by live casino. Sorry I wasted it. Would not go back there. Next time we will stick with The Prime Steak house.

    We had a reservation at 7:30. We were seated promptly and the rest was down hill. The food delivery was extremely slow. The manager came over a couple of times to apologize and advise that they were short staffed in the kitchen. It took us from 7:30 to 10:45 for dinner for 2 people. I ordered the lobster and shrimp rigatoni. They forgot to put my lobster in the pasta. Someone from the back actually came to the table with the lobster in a saucer and dumped it over the pasta. They could not get the drink order right. My friend ordered shots and each time they would bring a Margarita. Not sure what that was about. Also, took about 45 minutes to bring the drinks. We asked the waiter was there and issue and she said the bar was packed. There were only about 8 people seated at the bar so I guess that is packed. The food was really delicious but it was one and done for me!! Good service is important to me and I certainly didn't receive it.

    The Waitress (Dalmar) very helpful, engaging, and caring. There was one hiccup but the Manager (Amanda) listened to the complaint, my Best Friend ordered another entree and all was well. Thanks to Amanda and Dalmar we had an enjoyable experience. We would return to David’s.

    We were seated promptly. Our waitress Ashley took our drink orders and gave us a couple minutes to look at the menu. I had the crab legs which were delicious. My mother in law had the lettuce wedge salad which was enough for two people and the lobster rigatoni which was very good. I had read some negative reviews but our dining experience was outstanding. We plan on going back the next time we’re at Live.

    The waitress was great but they were understaffed so the wait for food was very long. When the food was brought out items were missing or incorrect which made the wait even longer. However, the food was good and reasonable priced.

    Need a more consistent menu, this is our second time here and the menu was completely different 6 months ago. The food is good but we couldn’t get what we wanted because it was no longer available.

    Very good neighborhood gem right at our back door. The restaurant is classy, the service was friendly, and the food delicious! We arrived for the Saturday brunch right when they opened and it was empty. We had a reservation and you’ll need one after 11am because it filled in quickly. The brunch menu wasn’t large but the burnt pork tips hash and french toast were so good and enough to share.
