Got there and there was no host. So we went to the game room and ordered on a kiosk and then was thrown off because we didn’t know if we could pick our own table or not and there was no waiter to ask because they all were avoiding eye contact at all cost. So we just decided to just sit at a table and then got ignored by all the staff for another 10 minutes. It even got to our reservation time and I was like ‘oh maybe there is a host up there now since they know we have a reservation at this time’ and nope. I also thought that maybe they didn’t have anyone up there since they were short staffed but nope when we left TWO employees were standing up there waiting for people to walk in at 10:30pm! The waitress was nice once I think she realized we had been waiting a while and had already done her work at the kiosk.

We ordered barbaco French fries and it came to the table without the barbaco. Staff took it back and Replacement was smaller than the first order that was served incorrectly.

The spicy smashed burger with bacon was the best burger I've ever had and I've been to a lot of burger joints.

Amazing team - our group grew without notice and on a very busy Sunday they were able to think outside of the box and accommodate us.

Made a reservation for their special valentines date night deal. It was open seating anyways, they had no idea what kind of reservation it was, our server was completely inattentive and the food was lacking in some areas. Gaming was fun altho one of the game challenges for date night was for a machine that wasn't working.

Overall we had fun. But the food and food service was not good. We ordered drinks, an appetizer and burger. The server never entered the burger. He apologized but it was odd that nothing else was done. We asked to order nachos instead since the burger was never placed. And he said yes and asked if he could entice us to take the nachos to go. Odd service and was not worth the money we paid. The games afterwards made it fun.

Everything was exceptional and our son had a wonderful time with his friends and family celebrating his birthday. The staff were so accommodating, helpful and patient. We would definitely plan another party or family gathering with you again.

Unfortunately, after nearly twenty five years of going to D&B at this location, I think we are done. The service in the restaurant was abysmal. From a clearly hungover waiter to an unapologetic manager, it was a lousy experience. Our party of 7 was only visited once in an hour for drink refills and that was after I went to ask if someone could help us. It was another thirty minutes just to get the check. They weren't even busy, maybe 1/4 of the tables were full. They just didn't care.

My party arrived on time only to discover the management was having a “team meeting” in the kitchen. We waited for 15 minutes and finally approached the personnel at the front. We were told they were working various parties. No apologies, no interrupting their meeting, finally a bar tender appeared and offered a place in his section. But I had made reservations so we stuck it out. D & B’s has gone DOWN HILL since coming to Colorado! People in Texas would be SO disappointed by what is happening here!
