We had a family gathering there and it was the worst service we’ve ever had. We all ordered our food at the same time. Some were delivered in a timely manner, and others of us waited over an hour. And when we did get ours, a couple came out incorrect. Even some of our cocktails came out wrong. Ordered a seven and seven and got a gin and tonic. It was really a horrible experience.

Our server was great, he recommended drinks to us that he thought we would like, he was also extra friendly and had great customer service! Unfortunately, our Philly cheese steak came with mushrooms and this has no fault to the server because I know he did his part on putting no mushrooms, but the kitchen please pay attention to detail. This could’ve cost me a trip to the hospital due to my allergies to mushrooms and the date night for my husband and I could’ve been ruined.

Great experience overall..... their prizes for tickets was outrageous though. We spent a lot of money and had quite a bit of tickets but came out with some pretty dinky stuff.

Highly recommend the chicken wings and the pretzel dogs, when you’re going to eat at Dave and Busters. Both platters are finger licking tasty.

There were some issues with the ribs ordered, but otherwise good food. Our original server had to leave so the was a bit of a delay until the new one came, but both servers were good.

Had a great time. Our waiter wasn’t timely with the drinks. I ordered a beer and waited almost an hr for it. I went up to the bar to get one and drank it all by the time he came with the beer I ordered.

Our server Nick was extremely helpful. Cocktail drinks were way overpriced. Game area was a little dirty and a good portion of games were either not working or had broken pieces.

Food was good. Ordered nachos and the giant pretzel. Server was friendly and energetic. Food came out quick. It felt like they wanted you in and out. Maybe to go and enjoy the games. Had a drink at the bar later. That was more laid back.

We spent $60 for the 400 ish tickets, which was fine, however so many of the games didn’t work and it took so long to wait for a tech that it would have wasted our whole night. We probably spent half of our 400 on games that didn’t work. Very unfortunate

No chicken? No boneless wings. No chicken tenders. Ummmm. With such a limited menu, come onD&B! I know we don’t come for the food per se, but I really didn’t want a burger or steak. The cost of games went up and do did the little prizes. 450 tks for a laffy taffy?

We sat at our table for nearly 45 minutes before we even got menus to look at or a drink order taken. It was my birthday and dinner ended up being 2 hours so we barely had any time to play games afterwards.

The food was good. Service wasn't that great. Our server wasn't that great. We had to keep asking for refills on our drinks. She didn't clear our table as soon as we were done eating. Did not set up the table like others were being we had a reservation for a birthday party. No plates & silverware were provided for cake & ice cream. Had to ask another waitress for some.

Did I need to book the table? No - it was dead when we went and we were the only guests using the dining area, but it was wonderful to have the table prepped and ready. Our waitress knocked it out of the park and we had a wonderful time.

I had made a reservation for 10 the day before and their system did not have it (even though I had the texts confirming the OpenTable reservation.) The server was able to get us in, but she was so busy that service suffered and other customers got up and left. We felt bad for the server, but we struggled to get silverware, water refills, and other requests. Our food came out in weird stages, and was overall pretty good. Our bill was over $300 and we tipped her well, but for that amount it would have been nice to have had better service.

My server (I wish I knew his name) was fantastic! A young man with dark hair in his early 20's and dressed very well. He always made sure our party was well taken care of. I know he said he worked two jobs. I could tell he was a hard worker and that's refreshing these days. He's a amazing employee at the Westminister Dave and Busters. Because of the fantastic service, we will be going back! Thank you

Due to the staffing complications, even though we had reservations, it took contacting a manager to get our order taken. The food was barely edible. This D&B’s location has gone down hill fast! I hope they can improve or we will go to a different restaurant nearby.
