   We have a reservation and upon checking in the host told us that we have to wait because there’s other big parties that came in before us which makes the reservations pointless. After speaking to a manager we finally got our tables. Waited for an hour and half just to get our drinks and another half for our food. We had 1 server (Trey) and did his best to accommodate us.

   Half of the machines in this establishment are inoperable. After spending 150 dollars to purchase tokens for my kids. It's extremely frustrating to see them lose credits repeatedly from games that don't function properly. We had a party of 7 with reservations for 6:15. We were not seated until 720pm. We ordered drinks and food, which didn't arrive for an additional 50 minutes. At least the food was decent. Our drinks weren't refilled. We requested to go boxes we never received, and when it came time to pay the bill, the payment system was inoperable. I attempted to log in to my D&B account for discounts, but it was conveniently not functioning properly, and when my waitress attempted to apply a military discount, this function was also conveniently unavailable. It's almost as if D&Bs purposefully disabled this function. Our options were to pay the full amount with no rewards and no discounts or wait an undisclosed amount of time with 5 kids for a manager to come and give me some generic excuse about their system having problems. After spending three hundred dollars here. Surge and the mexican restaurant look far more desirable.

   Horrible. Do not make a reservation for them on openTable because they do not take reservations and when you show up, you have to wait 45 minutes for your table as they say “that it is you being now added to the waitlist.”

   Made thr reservation that day. When we arrived we were told that having the reservation didn’t matter we still had to wait at least 45 mins. It was for 5:30p - we got the text our table was ready at 7:10p!!!!! Will not return. Why have a reservation option is my question?

   The hostess stated that they do not provide reservations and open table is not used. I had made a reservation for a party of 16 using open table a week in advance and had to wait almost an hour for the table to be ready once I arrived at Dave & Busters.

   Took forever after being seated took forever to get drinks after we placed them. Was given no untensils when food was delivered. Asked a person for ketchup and was told I needed to wait for my server. Found another employee finally got untensils and ketchup. Never came back around for drink refills. Service was very poor.

   I was pleasantly surprised with the food, and atmosphere. Even though they were slightly understaffed, and our server was in the process of training a new server, she strived her way through.

   When my family and I initially went to get seated by the host she told us it would be a 20 minute wait because tables were being cleaned. I created a reservation through the app for 30 mins later. When our reservation time came there still was no table available and we couldn’t be given an estimated time for when one would become available. We just left to eat elsewhere. My son was very disappointed as it was his birthday and he talked about being and DB’s all week.

    I already did the review and spoke with Katie from guest relations on 12/16/24 and was promised a $500 refundable gift card and still haven't received it so with this review I am going to put down that if it's not fixed when I show up in the next hour then I definitely would not use this place as a repeat for my children's birthday for the advertisements and the credit to get from others it definitely did not add up to par nor did anyone meet us with the greeting that I had for my son or his cold root beer
