   This is a restaurant that we enjoy. We been heere a bit to watch games. Great screen and good promos constantly offered

   French fries was little dry. The creamy chicken pasta, its more on cheesy not creamy. But the service and ambience was great ☺️

   We were a party of 10 and three meals were completely cold

   The reservation was not honoured. We were told that the dinning room wasn’t open till 5 pm although we reserved for 4:30pm. The staff had ample time to call us and let us know what the situation was considering the reservation had been made since March 26th- they also had a sheet printed out with the reservation at the front desk - so they purposely set us up for disappointment. I was asked to take 6 persons including my self into the arcade area where we could seat ourselves with music blaring in our ears. Upon arriving to the bar area we were immediately greeted by who we think is the dining manager and it was assumed that this is where we were dining.. we didn’t want to explain ourselves again because the staff should’ve been privy to the situation since this is an error on their behalf. There were no follow ups or anyone who came to get us and let us know that they were ready to seat us in the dining area. So we stayed where we were. The reason for this visit was to celebrate a 9th birthday - if it wasn’t for that we would’ve left. For accountability reasons, the front desk lady did ask for assistance from a bald man who seemed like a manager who barely answered her and took off, she also went to speak with a server who also refused us seating. For dining in the first time- terrible experience. However, this will be the last dine in due to experience.

   Overall our experience was positive. The food was good and the service was great, but our main issue was with the noise and the seating. We were forced to sit in the arcade area where we had to sit at a high table despite reserving a low one and there being a ton of empty tables in a quieter area, and over weight people can't fit in the booths. The noise level was so high that we had to basically shout to talk to each other. We also had to pick our own table and seat ourselves making us wonder what the point of making a reservation was in the first place.

   We had the worst experience ever. Our apps came out after we ate our main. My husband’s meal was put in wrong and they brought the wrong dish out. He had to wait 20 more mins to get the meal he ordered. The bill was wrong 5 times. They kept adding stuff to the bill but wasn’t able to remove the dish that they brought that we never ordered. After the filth bill I just paid it out and figured if they need my money that bad you can have it.

   You don't go here for the food. limit selections .Just bar a sports bar menu.

    We booked a table and asked to be near our friends and were told no because there was not an available table. The hostess then gave another party a table where we wanted to be and they did not have a reservation. We waited at the table we were given for 25 minutes and no one came to take our order or even speak to us. We then found out that the server didn’t start for another 45 mins in that section and they sat is there anyways! We got up and left and tried to get a drink from the bar in the middle of the arcade area. When my husband asked if it was happy hour the server “said I have no idea” and when he then asked what the hours were for happy hour she stated the same thing! Terrible service all around!!
