Sadly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We had reservations, but when we arrived they didn’t seem to know how to seat us. It was not at all crowded, so hard to understand why they were not prepared to seat us. Then they sat us in a very noisy corner where we could not hear each other talk, and none of the TV screens was viewable. Lots of other, better tables were empty. Then we sat for half hour before half of our party received their drinks, which came from the bar Then another half hour before the rest of us got our drinks, which came from the kitchen. Then another half hour before food started to be served, but it then took about an hour more to get all of the food delivered. The food they gave us was not what we ordered, and one meal was completely inedible. Then family played games & I went someplace else to eat.

Too many broken games. Had one game that launches a ball blow up in our hand. Would have injured a kid. Screws and spring shot out.

I felt rushed by our waitress. She had a lot of sarcasm responses. The staff couldn’t explain their promotions and I felt mislead with Power Play dine & play rewards program. It was a waste of money as we could only play the games for fun without ticket rewards and I paid $120 for two of dine and play options. I asked about the summer passes and the staff couldn’t tell me much to help me decide if we should buy into it. The food was great and we made the most of our time but I was disappointed in the service, the table and chairs were cleaned and it just seems to be a lack of customer service.

Made a reservation for 04/26/25 at 5:45pm for 10 people for my husbands birthday. Entire party was present to be seated. We checked in and waited. Approx 15 past reservation time we went to the hostess stand to check on our table and they then informed me it would be an additional 1 1/2 hours with no intent of informing me. This is unacceptable service. They have my number for the reservation they can inform me that you can not seat me within a reasonable time. I asked to speak with the manager and can honestly say he was not helpful at all. That being said we had children and I specifically asked for a standard table and was seated at a high top. Our waitress was very good and could tell she was stressed however of all meals that were forgotten my husbands was the one and it was his birthday. Super disappointed!

The manager was great and let us sit a little early over by the big screens it wasn’t open yet. My grandson wanted to watch baseball there while we ate. That’s a really nice area to eat. And away from the noise mostly. The food is pretty good. It’s just a little bit expensive overall. But where isn’t now? The people are nice and the place is great. There’s a lot to do. There are a lot of cool games, but not so many if you’re talking very small toddlers. Chuck E. Cheese is the place for them.

The waitress took so long to bring our food out and was not very tentive to us!!! All we order was appetizers and it took almost 30 minutes for them to bring it out!! The fries were cold and soggy when they gave it to us and my husband had to tell them to remake it for us but it took them another 10 - 15 minutes just to bring it out to us!! so we were not too happy with the food service!!

Making a reservation was a waste of time! First they couldn’t find it, then when they found it we were informed there were no servers on duty. The “manager” then pushed 2 tables together and left. When our server arrived 46 mins later, she informed me that because of party size, our tip would “automatically “ be 20%. Unfortunately, automatic tips do not guarantee automatic good service! We opted for the “eat and play” combos so the kids could play games (family luncheon) and the only decent part of the whole experience was the kids getting to play games in the arcade. We did notice other tables/guests getting attentive service and actually approached one of them to get a part of order that hadn’t been brought to us. When it was time to leave, I had to hunt down our server. Not worth the money!
