    customer service was not on point. my food came out 25 minutes after everybody else’s when I had an allergy meal.  which was funny because they only had one option that would work for my allergy, which was weed and gluten they have no salad dressings except oil and vinegar that don’t contain gluten and the hostess kept trying to take our table and give it to other people overall our server was great, but the rest of the staff kitchen and anyone else involved was extremely lacking. Food was poor quality, and way overpriced for what was given. The arcade is not a huge area. It was actually pretty small compared to others. would not go back don’t waste your money, especially if you have food allergies.

   First time visitors, advised by server to buy 4 for $45 cards for the games. Big shock when receiving a $300+ bill (didn't order a lot of food as not really hungry). Only told at this point that the 4 for $45 actually meant $45 PER CARD. Totally not worth it, games nothing new and most were high "price" to play for low rewards. Would not return.

   Great food for a sports bar and arcade! Don’t look for health food, but the salmon bowl was delicious. TV’s were awesome watching the Final Four.

   Reservation efficiency was great. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Food is good quality, but prices are a bit on the expensive side for what you get. Service was pleasant, but a little slow. Our appetizers arrived with our entrees, not before. It's a Dave & Busters, so the main attraction is the arcade, which the restaurant is right next to... so noise levels are LOUD (OpenTable calls it 'Energetic'!).

   the table we were sat at did not have the correct chairs, they were too tall for the table; after asking if we could change tables because of that they said no. then they wouldn’t let us change the chairs until one or the hostess begrudgingly said we could only take from this one table. after sitting down finally it took another 20 minutes for our waiter to come. he asked us if we had been before and then asked us if we were playing games and handed us the card on the table without explaining anything and said he’d be right back. another 20 minutes go by and he still hasn’t returned. then a manager comes by and says there’s a shift change and our waiter is checking another table, she takes our drink order and leaves. two more waiters come over and ask if we’ve been attended to. before she comes back one server comes by and tries to hand us food when we didn’t even order it. another server comes back with a beer that we also didn’t order. when we finally get our drinks we ask to put in our order and the women said she would grab our waiter. another 15 minutes the manager came back and took our order. after another half an hour and the manager asks if we’re doing okay and we tell her we haven’t received our food. they come back with it and then our original server comes back and asks if we need anything. we ask for the check and he leaves AGAIN to take the order for a large party and comes back with the tablet to check out on. i would never come back again.

   We went here to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. He had an amazing time. My other son wants to go for his birthday in April.

   Had a reservation for 10 people at 6pm. Arrived at 6:05 pm and was told there were people at our table, and we would have to wait. I saw a large empty table and asked what’s wrong with that one, and he said it was reserved. 😳 what part of that makes sense? The food was bar food quality … greasy, spicy and salty. The spicy burger was good. The dumplings were the best thing I ate with the spicy soy sauce. Fried pickles were dissapointing and more like pickle flavored fried cornmeal. Lots to look at. Game area was very cool and high tech. My daughter said it was much nicer and bigger than the one we have in Pooler, Ga. TV’s everywhere with sports of course. It was one of my daughter’s 16th bday celebrations, but doubt I’ll be back for my own pleasure. Left around 9:30pm and the traffic on International Blvd was crazy and backed up on Friday.
