An awful experience. When we arrived there was a sign up front that said just grab a table. So we came in and found an ice table and shortly after that a server came by and said I'll be right with you. We sat there for another 15 minutes and no one ever came. I left my wife and went to the restroom and when I returned, still no one had come to bring us water or ask for our order. Finally, we just got up and left. We definitely were not important as customers at this establishment. We won't be going back there.

Turns out we didn't need a reservation. We arrived and the attendant told us we could sit anywhere. We were there almost two hours and despite asking at the bar a couple of times nobody served us. The bar staff said they would send someone over - nobody arrived. One bartender refused to serve me because I ordered 3 beers - one each for the three adults sitting at our table. The Australian bartender was sweet and served us but she vanished not long after we arrived. We ended up eating at Hard Rock Cafe up the road when the kids had finished playing the arcade games. The arcade was fun, but the experience was not.

This review is specifically directed at the bar staff. We and your server had to wait 25 minutes for three drinks during no rush. My party also waited at the bar counter while staff stood and struck 10+ minute conversations without once acknowledging us. Absolutely unacceptable. Our server was incredible and apologized, and it’s unfortunate to see him suffer from this negligence. Last time I bring a party of 10+ to this location.

I had reservations to celebrate my son's graduation, but when we arrived our table was not ready. The workers were not helpful at all, either there was not enough people working, or the workers didnt care to provide good service. They took forever to take our order. Food took long and it was not that great. Once our food was served we didn't see our waiter again. He didn't come around for refills, or to check on us and they Did not have that many tables occupied. We will not be returning to this location.

Service was awesome. Food was terrific. Big Daddy Chocolate Cake out of this world! Great view of screens to watch the game and fights. Arcade was so fun. Overall great night.

We went on a Monday at the LA location. The place and atmosphere was perfect. Not crowded, not extra noisy ; it was perfect. Hands down to our waiter that made us feel special , and respected. Some machines were acting up , but one of the members who kept walking around checking up on the guest was always helpful. The food was okay, not extra special, we were there to celebrate my sons birthday. Thank you staff !

I’m sad to leave this review but my experience here was not satisfactory. Our server, Mike, was nowhere to be seen for practically the entirety of our visit. Another server, Jonathan, had to take over after we asked him for help. He was sweet but I’m sure it was overwhelming trying to handle all of those tables by himself. This left us unattended to and ignored. Even to ask for simple things like silverware and napkins took 30 minutes to receive. I am really saddened by this D&B because the others I have attended have been so much better—please take this review as a plea for better service

The staff and cleanliness of the place was great! They were very helpful and attenuative to our large group. The area is kind of crappy and sucks with the transients around but they can't fix that. I would suggest fixing the door locks in the stalls in the women's restroom. Two stalls had broken locks and doors could not be locked. But other than that, our family had fun!

Fish and chips was very good, though pricey. Menu is limited. Don’t order anything except beer and wine. If you want quiet, make a reservation. Bar area tables were dirty.

The service was great. Food was tasty and was served right away. We sat in the “less noisy” part of the establishment. It was overall pleasant. It is more a Chucky Cheese for adults and teenagers. Loud music, games machines, sports on television- good for families with kids.

Love the environment at my first visit there at D&B!! Our waiter came to us on time and bring us the food we ordered and helped us how to use the power card in order to play the arcade games at Dave and Busters. Fun and entertaining place to socialize especially during birthday party’s!! Willing to come back over there next time!!!
