Games are fun to play. The food was not prepared right. Need to hire cooks who know how to cook hamburgers. Need to hire more servers for the weekends. Our server was very busy and she did her best.

I made a reservation for 5:30 and the host seemed to be confused and surprised that we were there. My sister and I both ordered a drink from the bar and it took over 30 minutes to get that, meanwhile the kids were out of drinks as the server didn't check on us. The food wasn't hot and tasted cheap. It was grossly overpriced for the quality of food. Next time we will only play games if we ever go again.

My first time to Dave and Busters, did online reservation. Stood in line 10 min to be told to go check in somewhere else. Stood there another 7min waiting. The hostess that was seating people looked like she had no clue where to seat anyone. Very slow!

It has been some time since we went to a Dave & Busters. We decided that would be a good place to take two of our grandchildren. We made a decidedly poor choice. The food was about what we expected. It was okay and 8 year olds are not terribly concerned with food at that place. That being said, 2 chicken tender and fries, 2 chocolate milks and a strawberry lemonade were $53.00. That seemed a little high even for an amusement venue. On to the amusements, the area is a jumbled design featuring many different of machines. We found that many of the machines were not functioning. Including a good portion of games where you could two could compete against each other. Most only one would work. Some games lasted under a minute. Many of them paid off in tickets. However, that tended to be 20 tickets or less. Most of the games were $1.00-$2.50. So, in 30 minutes, you could easily rack of 20 plays for $25.00 and have 200 points. If you are really lucky on machines, you could amass over 1000 points for $70.00. Then it was time to redeem your booty. My grandkids walked out with a rainbow colored ball which was probably item. That was only after they put some stuff back because the ball was clearly marked 1000 points but rang up for 1100. They would not honor the 1000. All in all, they got a life lesson. Dave & Busters vastly overcharges for a mediocre entertainment experience.

Very fun! I suggest going on a Sunday, we went late at night And we were able to play all the games because it was pretty empty! I will definitely go back. I hear it’s half off on Wednesdays.

We had reservations for 2:30pm. We were seated right at 2:30. It wasn't busy but our food didn't come out until 3:15pm. Other people who came in after us got their food way before we did. I ordered a cheeseburger cooked well done. It came medium at best and must have been sitting for a while because it wasn't even warm. At 3:18pm I motioned for the server and showed him my burger wasn't well done. I didn't get the corrected burger until 3:52pm. It took them 34 minutes for a refire/corrected order. Did I already mention they weren't very busy. Worst dining experience that I've had in a very long time. Dang gone it I will eat at McDonald's first then come to Dave and Buster's to let my girls play games. I could call the horrible server by name but I'm not petty like that. Twice we had to send other people looking for him because he was MIA. Even the other workers commented on his disappearing acts.

They were rude and the server didn’t wanna take us we was sitting there for 2 hours before somebody came to take our order and then my sisters Hamburger was still Raw after the second time of going back to get fixed my overall experience was very bad will not be returning thank you.

Trash everywhere. Bathroom had trash everywhere dirty diapers on the floor, clogged toilets. Nasty. Servers would ignore you at the bar, picking their nose, walking away and not coming back. Lots of game were broken or stealing your tickets. 0/10

It was my sons birthday . We were sat down at a table and Weren’t served for an hour . Took 35 minutes just for drinks after we went to find a server who then sent the manager to take our drink order . We were served raw bloody chicken wings . Dried out buttered noodles . I still left the server a tip that randomly jumped in but it was Horrible . Kids still had fun with the game Portion.

There was a limited menu for some reason. Those sorts of things should be posted on the site when making the reservation. We ended up playing a eating dinner elsewhere. Got a few snacks for the group.

We had a party of 14 and our table was ready on time. However the waiter was very it seemed “annoyed “. They had about 6 different servers bringing us things but they were bringing us the wrong food and some of us waited an extended amount of time compared to others (though we had ordered the same thing). We paid for the VR experience but it was glitching the entire time. The guy who was running it was very nonchalant about it not working. He even allowed us to ride a second time and it was still (glitching). He basically just said my bad and that was that. Pros :our food was good and the ambiance was nice. Cons: service wasn’t great from anyone there.

We ordered the Cantina Nachos as an appetizer, and it was a great choice. The nachos were delicious. I ordered the All-American Cheeseburger, and it was excellent. It was cooked perfectly, and the flame-broiled flavor was delicious. My son got the kids cheeseburger, and he said is was "awesome." The fries were bleh. Our server was great and attentive. The gaming side of things is a little confusing. Only games illuminated in blue offer the possibility of earning "tickets" which is not something I was aware of going in. It is also not altogether clear which games are "blue" vs. "red" in some cases. The price for credits vs. what you can buy with them is a little salty. But my son had a blast, and that's all that matters.

When we arrived there was a long line of people waiting to be seated but most of the tables were open. The problem was that the majority of the tables were dirty. There was food and trash on the floor. Because we had a reservation we were seated quickly at one of the only somewhat clean tables. After looking at the menu and our surroundings we decided not to eat and just play games. Our server was kind and sold us cards to play. Some of the games were broken and if you aren’t into shooting things this probably isn’t the place for you. My two children ages 11 and 14 didn’t really enjoy the games. We left before using all our credits. The bathroom was very clean!

Our server was very distracted. Had to be reminded about drink refills and what we were drinking and made several mistakes that it took a long time to correct. The food was good (chicken chimmichuri bowl and chicken with mashed potatoes and mushrooms) to fair (bacon burger) to mediocre (Philly cheesesteak sub was very dry - HUGE bun with little meat or cheese). But the arcade portion was a lot of fun for our grandson who is 12. Lots of different choices and types of games. Some of the games were either not working or had parts not working and no one seemed to be around to tell them about it. I really did like how they sanitized the VR equipment between each "rider" - that was great!

I have always liked this place but this time left a lot to be desired. I went here for my girlfriends birthday and we both had a terrible time. Our food was decent, the service was not good, our server kept forgetting about us. Then the arcade… oh the arcade… half of the games were not working and the ones that were working kept taking my tokens and not playing. I spent $120 and had barely a $50 experience. I will never see that money again and my girlfriends birthday will be memorable to her for being disappointing. I doubt I’ll be coming to this location ever again.

Great waitress and we had 16 people. Food was good, but I think due to being busy, it wasn't at temperature. They were busy and the dining area was sort of makeshift due to some renovations they were doing, but they did well. I would recommend.

Service was extremely slow, wrong food was brought to table while others did not get what they ordered, had to ask for silverware, brought wrong drinks to us, it was a hot mess!!! Charged for things we didn't even get and when brought to attention of supervisors they wanted to argue and give excuses for the poor service. No apology-will never return!!

I had a reservation for 330 and waited over 30 min to be seated for my sons birthday party. The first waiter we had was very helpful and tried to accommodate for the mishap. As her shift came to a end another waiter came and told us we would need to leave due to our table was reserved for another party. She told me the limit was for 2 hours. I explained we are still spending money the kids were still playing the games and we had not even sang happy birthday. She was very rude and said she would check. Additional guests arrived and was waiting to place an order the lady never came back. We had to ask another waiter in a different area to place an order. An hour later our food came. I live in Vegas and this was my first experience at this location and my last. We only wanted to make sure our son had a pleasurable experience.
