The food was pretty good. Nothing to ride home about, but it was delivered to us an exceptional time. the biggest and best thing at that establishment was our server. I can’t remember his name, but he was very polite and kind and just an overall great representation of what a waiter should be with great customer service.

Food service took very long. Food was cold upon arrival. Seats were dirty with food and crumbs from previous guests. Had to ask staff to clean before we could sit.

Very crowded with kids. 95% of the games were geared towards kids and very young children. I thought Dave and Busters was supposed to be more of a place for young adults and adults?

Making reservations was super easy. Made them for 7pm and double checked with the host at 630 to make sure there were no issues. Showed up at 7 and were immediately seated. Placed our order (party of 6) and the food seemed to take a while (25 mins). Unfortunately, somehow, one entree, was left out, so another 15 min for that (40 min total). The last entree WAS comped. But it did make the dinner awkward for 5 people eating, and 1 waiting. Accidents/mistakes happen. But on the upside, the Bacon Burger was very good. Fries are salty, and I like salty fries, but these were 1 level too much.

Crew was setting up for the night event clearing tables and chairs right next to us but I understand. I wish the online info reflected that the Eat and Play combos were discontinued.

Large party prior to 1pm that closed the restaurant down and we had to wait to be seated past our reservation. Staff was dragging tables and chairs around instead of carrying then as a team creating a loud chaotic atmosphere. Appitizers were great however the main entrees were poorly made, not fully cooked burger and chicken sandwiches were dry.

Service was just terrible - not doubt about it. We arrived and the staff tried to get us to eat at the bar even though we had a reservation. They said the waitresses were too busy already. We had to get the manager and of course he gave us a crappy table because he was annoyed. The server Chloe was nice but it took 15 minutes before we even saw her to order anything and by then Happy Hour had ended. She said she would still give us the HH prices for beer but when the bill arrived of course it was wrong. We saw a family be seated at the table next to us. They waited over 20 minutes and never saw a server so they got up and left. Very sad state of service. If they are short staffed then they should either close off sections or not allow walk ins. The nachos were good and tasty but the wings were undercooked I think. Overall not a good experience at D&B Honolulu.

Slow service, food was absolutely disappointing. $7 for adding salmon to my salad and it was smaller than the size of child’s hand. So not worth it. Also both of the baby changing stations in the restrooms were completely broken.

Service was terrible. We sat at our table waiting to be served for 10 minutes. After finally being served, our server did not check on us for refills, and if we wanted anything else. Our food took long, and it was cold. And this restaurant was not busy at all.

We had a wonderful time going to Dave and Buster’s with our family of six. We ate downstairs, where it was quiet and private. The service was top-notch and the food was delicious. We were not expecting such a high quality of food and it was very good for all. When finished we went upstairs to the games and our kids spent the next 1.5 hours playing. They all had a wonderful time; we brought noise cancelling headphones for our neurodivergent child, which helped with noise and sensory issues.

Normally my experience is pretty good but not sure what was going on this time. We took our friend visiting from Australia here to eat before heading upstairs for his kids to play games. We got there around 8:30 pm. The waitress was very nice and easygoing! Per the waitress, there was no soda available so we suggested they get some from regular stores knowing it turns into a nightclub at that dining level 1 afterwards. We ordered food right away along with our drinks, but only my husband got his food, no drinks were served. So we ended up asking to cancel the rest of the order so the kids can go play games. It may have been the manager when we canceled. He was very accommodating and understanding about the whole situation so to ease any bad experience, he took care of that one plate that was served, got us water, and was supposed to wait for him to give us some game cards but I think they got busy so didn’t get them, which is fine. So apparently the machine to put in the order was broken so our friend’s order didn’t go through. We found out that once it’s 10 pm, the whole place turns into a nightclub. This whole time I thought it was just downstairs and thought the game room is still open to under 21 folks. So our friend's kids only got to play about half-hour games. I felt really bad because of my miscommunication. Next time we will plan better knowing all this and order food where the game room is so the kids can start playing games while we wait for the food to come. Hopefully, next time will be a much better experience.

My family and I ordered burgers here, both well done. However each had to be sent back as they came to us rare. Then I discovered a few days later the tip I left here was inflated, despite having signed off on a given total. I discovered about $8 was tacked onto the total amount I signed for. I had to place 5 phone calls for this issue to be resolved. The manager there claimed she left me a voice message (she did not) and twice that she will call me back. She didn’t do that either times. Dining here was very frustrating as I kept getting the run-around. Also, very terrible that whoever took care of my bill decided to add a generous tip.

We were told that we were able to dine there after 11pm, being that we had a minor with us. They had us reserve online, so I reserved for 11pm. Upon getting there, the restaurant portion was closed and only the bar was opened and we could not be in there because we had a minor. That made no sense at all. we should have been told from the very beginning that we could not dine there since we had a minor and that the restaurant portion was going to be closed

Service is always bad! Will not return. There isn't enough staff on the floor. The hostess was gone most of the time. The servers were overwhelmed. Manages are no where to be seen and definitely not helping on the floor. We were told that all departments were short. Everything took long. 30 plus minutes for drinks. 45 plus minutes for food. Staff is very unaccommodating. Will not change the channel, will not change the music on a finals game. Our waitress did try her best, but just did not have help.

My friends and I had an incredible time last night. The service was nice the only hiccup was having to wait in one line and later being told to go to a different area entirely. But, we were seated pretty quick. Our server was on top of things. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that the appetizer I ordered came with a power card automatically so that was pretty cool. Overall it was nice. Can’t wait to go back.
