   Our server was not very nice and had an attitude the whole time. Didn't try and help us figure out gaming prices and acted like she really didn't even want to be helping us. Was rude when I told her about my sons birthday and my mom's birthday we were celebrating. Also our food was cold when it came out.

   Overall this was a great experience. The food was good, although a bit pricy. Service was slow despite the fact they weren’t busy because it was a Monday evening 5:45-6pm. I think the game cards could be a little lower priced as well. It was a fun experience with lots of stuff to do and a great. We enjoyed it and will go back!

   We enjoyed our day here. I am Vegan so there was nothing I could eat but the others enjoyed their meals. The game were great, the drinks were strong and the staff were nice. There were a lot of children but it was 1pm and spring break for the kid. So it understandable.

   The atmosphere was fun and the game section was great . I was very displeased with the food & service though . The waitress was very rushing and never checked in once after giving us food except to see if we were ready for the bill . I ordered a margarita which I am certain had zero tequila in it , it was so sweet and thick like strawberry syrup it was undrinkable yet I was charged over 10$ for it . I will not be returning for food/ drinks , we were going to have my daughters birthday party there next month and this has definitely make me change those plans ,

    Gage was our server. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. He took my food allergy seriously, as did the manager. My husband and children had a great time playing the games. I would definitely come here again.

    The dining area is very dirty. The table we were sitting at had a spilled drink under the table. Everyone at the table had it all over their shoes. The area in general had food, straw wappers laying around. To top off the evening, a child sitting behind us was puking in a trash can given to the family by the wait staff. I dont blame the kid, but the parents and wait staff should have helped the kid to the restroom instead of just letting the kid sit there for almost 10 minutes to puke in the bucket in the middle of the dining area as the staff looked on. The smell was so bad that my family lost the desire to eat and got up and left. This location is severely understaffed and can't handle the amount of people dining. Needless to say, we will not be spending any money earing there until conditions are drastically improved.

    Our reservation was for 2pm. We were seated soon after 2pm. We had 4 pre-teen kids with us. We sent the kids off with pre purchased game cards. My husband and myself sat at our table and waited to order drinks. I had already purchased a beer for my husband before our table was ready. I wanted for order soft drinks for the kids to have waiting at the table for when they wanted them. We waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged to order soft drinks. We eventually gave up and walked to the bar to order mixed drinks. I walked back to our table while my husband waited on the bar drinks and stood at our table until the waitress finally asked if I needed anything. I asked for 4 sprites for the kids that were out playing games about 2:30. We left the seating area and went to supervise our kids. We came back to our table to order food, expecting the 4 drinks to be there I had wanted 30 minutes to order 30 minutes ago. You know who was at our table and what was not?! A whole new family at our table and NO drinks!!! I complained to the hostess who sent the manager. We were immediately reseated. After a 10 min wait we ordered 4 sprites and 2 appetizers. Sprites took another 10 minutes and 2 appetizers took 40 minutes to be delivered. All the kids had empty cups. We had to ask for refills several times. Had to ask for appetizer plates. Had to ask for silverware. Got our own menu’s and ketchup off other tables. The 2nd waitress was rude and rolled her eyes at least twice leaving our table. For the $300 we spent on game cards and subpar bar food I will absolutely never be back.

    We came for my sons 14th birthday with a few of his friends. Our server Lilith was very helpful in explaining everything, as it was our first time visiting. All the food was great, service was prompt and friendly. The boys had a great time playing games too! Managers stopped by to see if we were doing okay. We were very well taken care of!     Service was good. Atmosphere was good, as always. The prices are pretty high for what you get. With both the food and the games. Now they charge 3 dollars just to get a card and most of the games are 8-10 credits. I also noticed that when using the cards you always end up with an amount that is just under the minimum to play anything. And for the kids meals you pay 4 dollars for a drink when the meal is only 5.50. Lol overall it was a good time though.

    for the place not being busy, and the only people ordering food items, it was terrible very expensive for absolutly terrible food. waited for ever just to find out the server forgot about us and left our food sitting for over 30 mins. then on top of that they gave it to us anyway cold and nasty,could of at least heated it up. price is high on everything food games alcohol. really dissappointed
