Didn’t have our reservation when we arrived and weren’t able to purchase party deals at location. Worked out fine and got seated but disappointed you don’t offer party deals for the parties outside the private rooms.

Reservations are not required but certainly suggested in order to skip the long lines. Food was great and service good. Enjoyed the fights with no extra charge.

Celebration of daughter's birthday. We did not reserve as a party. Just a big group. Thank you Jimmy for being our server. Jimmy took care of all our requests from food, drinks and power cards. We ended up having more people than our initial 16 and he accommodated it all for us. Thank you

Awesome place! Great food! We go there for all of the big Pro and college games and Fights on tv. Sometimes it’s a tad loud but we have never had a problem. Service gets a little slow when it’s packed, but the kitchen seems to keep caught up. Michale and Jimmy are the Best!

Definitely would recommend Dave & Buster’s on a Wednesday all the games are half off so it’s definitely worth it. Also we made it there doing happy hour so literally all of our drinks were half off I maybe spent 80 bucks and hung out for about 3 hours so it was definitely worth it. I will go back again.

The table set ups were so perfect for my party size. Our waiter MARK was outstanding. The service was quick, good and the food came out hot and in no time. Thanks again D&B and Mark for your service !

It wasn’t horrible, but not a repeat for us. The food was definitely not worth the price. We were there for lunch on a Sunday at noon. They were not busy at all and our server was almost nonexistent. There was only 1 other table seated in the dining area and that table belonged to another server. It was an hour drive one way for us to get there and we didn’t feel the experience made it worth our while to make a return trip in the future.

We saw our waitress 3 times. We waited about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged at the table, our food came out at all different times with 2 people not even getting what was ordered. We didn't get an opportunity to get drink refills and it took over 5 minutes to run out cards for payment. I have never had particularly good service here but this last experience was by far the worst.

We had a great experience. I do however dislike The 75 % of the party to be there to be able to sit but I understand rules are rules. My waitress for my party was phenomenal. She was friendly, fast, accurate, and did not disappoint. I highly appreciate that and that allows us to have an overall good experience.

All the food was great. Some staff was a little rude. Food prices were very high. We had a reservation for a party of 10 and they did hold our table but it took a pretty long time to get drinks and even longer on the food. Maybe they were understaffed idk.

We have been to Dave and Buster's a few times and honestly we always enjoy our time there every time. This time we were celebrating my son's 9th birthday. Jenni was our server and she was absolutely amazing! Had the salmon and it was great and cooked just the way I asked.

Pat was extremely helpful in booking my very large party. I spoke to her about 4 times and all times she was so nice and helpful.On that day she wasn't working but there was confusion on the number of people sitting down for dinner. someone from my party said 20 are supposed to be here but only 13 are here and they sat them at tables for 13. When we got there the party was split at different tables. After speaking to our waitress and manager they moved tables around so we were able to all sit together. Thank you so much, it was a great night and great experience! I will definitely be back!!

Went to Dave & Busters in Ft Myers for the first time with my elderly parents and young niece. The plan was to have dinner and let the niece play games. This was a Tuesday early evening. There was between 7-10 tables taken. When we arrived at the front of the restaurant it took 10 minutes before someone came to offer a table. I was told to pick a table in the main area or around the corner in a different seating area (which 1 table was taken). We decided to take a booth around the corner. Shortly after sitting a worker literally yelled at us that we can’t sit there the area was closed. I said we were told to sit there. She said that was wrong and we had to move. We walked back to the main area to sit. All but one of the booths were taken or had not been cleaned off and had dishes. The other seats were the high ones that my mother can’t get into. When we started to sit in the open large booth we once again were told very rudely that that booth is for 10 people and we are only 4, so we can’t sit there. She then proceeded to leave without giving us another option. At this point I was getting upset and had to find workers on the other side of the bar (chit chatting) and ask where are we allowed to sit as we have been run out of two booths already. Finally at this point they cleaned off one of the dirty smaller booths so we could sit. 25 minutes to get a table in a restaurant that was 1/16 full. After finally getting to sit our meal experience went just as poorly. Very slow, food and drinks were not great. Only positive was; at least our waitress didn’t yell at us like the other restaurant workers did.

We told the desk we had a reservation. She told us to take any table . We picked a table which was set up and had menus. A server came by and said something about this is not your table and grabbed what we assume was a bill and stormed off. We then asked another server if the table was booked. And we asked for a manger that we never did see. The table certainly looked ready to sit at plates, menu and napkins etc. but was greeted by rudeness. The kids had fun and the woman that served us was fine. But not sure why booking on open table was necessary!
