   Dave and Buster’s is always a fun spot with food and drinks for all ages. The games are too expensive at <=8 tokens per game. Going at 11:30 am was the best time to choose.

   I made a reservation but when I got there I was told the dining room was closed and I could take a booth in the bar area. Why allow reservations when it is first come first served in the bar. If I had not gotten there early a large booth would not have been available. There is something wrong with this process between the restaurant and open table.

   JD is the absolute best! We always go for him. Exceptional service, goes above and beyond. Makes our dinner so pleasant.

   This experience was extremely disappointing on so many levels. Our waitress didn't even come and ask us what we wanted to drink for 20 minutes. Literally 20 minutes we sat there with our kids, and watched while she went to other tables and ignored us completely. Then when she finally did come over, she was not friendly and had no business at all waiting tables honestly. She looked like she could care less about her job. The whole time we had to wait excessively long for everything and there was hardly anyone even in the place- we went at 2PM specifically so we wouldn't be in the big crowd. Then, half of the games didn't work which made it a total waste of money and time. We went for my son's birthday, and he has Down syndrome- so when the waitress is a total prune face, our son can feel the vibes right away and it makes him super anxious. Will never go back to a Dave & Busters. It wasn't even just the waitress, the whole place was a dump.

   Food was great.. service was very slow. Our drinks took so long that we actually thought they forgot about them and this was on a slow Thursday night! Food also took a long time to come out. Also we had to go ask for menus… so even though the staff was very nice and polite they can definitely use some training

   Horrible from the start to the end. The food was awful, the waitress was horrible. Not sure we will be going back.

   It was Veterans Day and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I made reservations but it was not crowded to my surprise. The bartender was very friendly, polite and professional. The attendant at the entrance was very nice and friendly! They were short staffed but you could not tell because the team worked well with each other even the front lobby attendant was serving tables and handling her position at the front! The manager was even out on the floor and helping…Talk about multi tasking and true team spirit! Looks like a fun place to work too. Food was hot and fresh, cocktails were made great and my gson enjoyed the games! We will be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

   We spent easily $500 for 5 people, expensive. Just on games. Another $300 on subpar food. On the positive side it was a very fun day. However, not a place I would frequent because of it is unfortunately over priced. Thank for a good time Sadly, Frances C Barone 1980s vintage gamer.

   Disappointments include 1-it took about 30min. Fit good to get to table and they forgot one meal. 2- their was a 30$ service charge on out check 3- the tip was not only on food and beverage they included the cost of the game cards and chips (200$)
