    Worst food ever, simply disgusting. Sent wings back and replacement was just as bad. It’s understood that the games are the point here; but, due to all their marketing on this being the place for sports TV, we figured appetizers would be edible. Wow. We were definitely wrong about that. We might return to play games, but won’t make the mistake of ordering food here again EVER.

    We came here to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday! We arrived at the Fair Oaks location at the reservation time and were immediately assisted by the check in desk and seated. There were 4 adults and my son, age 9. We had Nick as our server and he was fantastic! He checked in every 15 minutes or so to make sure everything was satisfactory and we didn't need anything. After dinner, we got cards and went to the arcade. There are plenty of games and even some VR games too! My son especially loved all of the racing games and the Minecraft one too! Lots of things for people of all ages to do and enjoy! The location was clean, organized and overall an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back again! Special thank you to Nick for outstanding customer service and with a smile!

    Our server was great. Always fun to play games with the kids food however, wasn’t that great. The pasta was raw. Sent it back  they just heated in a microwave and sent it back to us. Arora great place to come with the kids and play games for adults. Drinks are good to. I would just be selective on what I order and stick to easy stuff like a sandwich or something

    Fun dinner with teenaged sons. Service was great. Spacious table. Sports bar feel with gazillion screens streaming various American sports (eg, nfl game on one screen, little league game on another, women’s softball World Cup, etc). Tons of classic and up to date arcade games. the bad? food ranged from OK to horrible. mostly overly salty… pepperoni flatbread (just a small thin-crust pepperoni pizza) was ok and probably the best dish we tried. The korean barbecue ribs were horrible: too salty to eat. parmesan truffle fries just tasted like oily fries with lots of salt. Burger was way too salty: how can you mess up a burger?!? We had a lot of fun despite the food. Come to enjoy the company, the drinks, the games, the loud but fun atmosphere. My sons summed it up: "So this is an adult Chuck-E-Cheese." They were big fans of "that" place when they were tiny kids. As parents, we hated the food there too… luckily, they also served beers at Chuck-E-Cheese :-D.

     The food was amazing. The drinks were amazing all the food, everything all the games or nice thank you for your service.     pretty bad service and I had to beg them to show the fights I came to see. they advertised that they would be showing them and then decided to put a different PPV on every single TV in the place. this was after they charged my party a $10 cover for each person just to enter, even though I made reservations weeks ago and that wasn’t mentioned anywhere. they said they told everyone about it on facebook.

    This was my first time to Dave and Buster in a long time and at this location. I brought my daughter friends and family for her birthday. We all loved it. It was a good experience and definitely will be back. The staff was so friendly from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. Definitely would recommend.

    This was our first time at Dave and Buster’s. We had a large party of 12. The service was outstanding. . Our orders came out quickly. The food was delicious. We all were pleasantly surprised at the amount of food for the prices of the entrees. We have already decided our next work function will be at Dave and Buster’s

    Came in with low expectations, and was worse then expected. Food was very high in sodium, order was taken back twice because of over salting, even though no-salt was asked, order was still brought out with salt. Server was apologetic for the poor kitchen staff. Needs lots of improvement. In addition, three items on the menu were "sold out." Will not return to dine.

    Restaurant was way understaffed so service was very slow. Food was alright but not great (burger was undercooked, kids mac & cheese was basically out of a box, and Cobb salad was mostly lettuce with some chunks of heavily breaded fried chicken - very light on the red onions, cucumbers, fresh pico de gallo, and there was a single kernel of corn to be found). That said, the food really isn't the draw. Games were great and 1/2-priced Wednesdays made the $ go twice as far, so we all loved that!

    The service seemed a bit slow. We had to ask after the point of being seated and served our appetizers for small plates and silverware. We were expected to eat without silverware and no more than little cocktail napkins. We had to wait what seemed like a long time for a waiter to come and get our drink orders. The other server who came and brought us some extra (cocktail only) napkins had kind of tossed them to me, not properly handing to me or placing on the table. It was a weird interaction. But the food was tasty and the rest of the service was alright. The alcoholic drinks were very good too!

    The food was alright. But the biggest concern for me is how the fish was cooked. It was raw and I had already taken a bite before noticing that it wasnt cooked in the middle.

    Had a celebration. Upon knowing that, Rebecca (manager) went above & beyond by ensuring we have a place to sit conducive for attendees to gather. She honored my request after making sure that staffing will support the request. She even gave a wonderful gift to the celebrant 🥳 Cooper catered to all the food orders & requests & ensured that food preferences (religious) were respected. He kept the food & drinks coming!! Couldn’t have a more perfect day to celebrate another milestone! Thank you, D&B staff!

    Clean and fun for sure. Wasn’t too busy on a Saturday at 4pm. But they forgot to put one of our orders in and we waited forever for the server to come back and tell him we didn’t get a plate. He finally brought it and it was undercooked.

    First time being there and everything was great, the only thing is that the front desk did not tell us that there was a per hour charge for using the pool table. As you can imagine I had a surprise at the end of the day.

    The biggest game here is the one where you must guess how your food will be messed up, because your food *will* be messed up. Will it arrive lukewarm? Will an entire dish be missing? Will they bring you the wrong order? I know the children's casino is D&B's primary revenue stream but it'd be a fun experiment to see them invest a little time and energy into unbreaking their kitchen. The wings were a few degrees above room temperature and the appetizer showed up halfway through our main course. If your kids insist on D&B's bring a sense of humor and a sincere appreciation for the ridiculous, and pretend that it's performance art.

    I’ll never dine here again. This is the second time in a few weeks I’ve had the same exact awful experience. I hoped it was a fluke and went back bc the kids enjoy games. The food itself was t bad, fairly good for bar food. The service was nonexistent. 30 min for a server to make their way to us. And another 30 minutes between ordering anything (drinks,food, napkins, cutlery) to be delivered. And when your food does arrive you can’t eat it because the server doesn’t bring cutlery. I get short staffed situations but this is just plain bad management. Do better D&B Fairfax.

    Had our sons birthday party here- the waitress was helpful and able to help get the food out for 12 hungry 11 year olds. Kids had a great time playing games and the birthday boy had a great party.

    We were seated almost an hour late. Food was terrible. Buns were solid. They were as hard as croutons. Steaks were dry and over cooked. Pasta was okay. If it wasn’t for the games, there would be no reason to go. Server was nice, but you could tell the place was understaffed.

    Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. Reservation was made for 3:15 pm and they did not have table available for my party until 45 mins after reservation time and the reason was because the parties that were occupying the tables were out playing games and holding up the tables for us. I believe of your done eating you should pay so other people can occupy the tables, it is inconsiderate of people to do that. Nothing wrong with the staff of Dave and busters at all but maybe they should change that rule.

    The staff tried their best but were overwhelmed by the volume of people there on a weekday when there was no school. We were there an hour before we got our food. The bartender wouldn’t serve us because we were sitting at a table not the bar and there was a shortage of wait staff. Idiots because when we arrived there was no one sitting at the bar. The manager seemed very focused on sweeping the floor. Our server was as attentive as could be considering he was one of 3 there.
