Dash of Sazón is the culmination of generations of family recipes from husband and wife team Asia and Ezzio Lavarello. Tradition meets fusion with this mix of Jamaican, Puerto Rican and Peruvian favorites. For some, it's a taste of home, and for others, it's an explosion of new flavors. Sazón is a Puerto Rican phrase that can mean anything from the flavor of food to the flavor you bring to life.

For those looking to try something new, we recommend our Peruvian Lomo Saltado, Jamaican Oxtail, Puerto Rican Pernil and our handmade empanadas. The food was delicious. Service was good. We did have to wait a while for our food but with a larger party that is to be expected and it was totally worth the wait. Would definitely recommend. Has vegan/vegetarian options which is great.

My husband and I came across this little gem while trying to make a reservation for another restaurant. They didn’t have the time we wanted, so I decided to search for something new! I’m so glad this little Caribbean/Latino restaurant popped up! We had the lomo saltado and jerk chicken. They were both excellent! Very flavorful food that you can’t really find elsewhere. The owners and staff are so friendly and really made our time there comfortable. We can’t wait to go back and try the oxtail stew.

Food was amazing I got the jerk chicken and beef empanadas they were delicious, my husband got the oxtail , it was ice cold when it came out but the chef came out apologized and even comped the oxtail but my husband said the food was still amazing even with that mishap , service was a bit slow though . We didn't get our order taken until 15-20 min after we were seated .

Flavorful, authentic food made with love! Got to meet Asia and her new baby and she did an excellent job. The service was outstanding and personable. The menu was so enticing that I’ll have to go back to try more of their items! Definitely go! The food is awesome!

Very good and authentic taste, ingredients that are not common on island were clearly used and the food was amazing. Quality prep and presentation. Price was moderate as all is expensive on an island. Best beans on island, and the pork pernil was perfect. Did not have the yuca fries was the only negative.

The food at Dash of Sazon is delicious! We had a series of small plates at a gathering and it was incredible. The fried chicken and yucca fries combo were our favorite, but everything was good. The service was very good, kind, attentive, thoughtful and fast.
