Multiple dates availableDespués de una noche muy exitosa con Vito y la elaboración de quesos artesanales en nuestra pizzeria Liona, el Lunes 5 de Mayo Darosa continua celebrando la cultura Pugliese junto a Vito, con un menu de degustación especial de 5 tiempos con platillos nunca antes vistos en nuestro Menu. Para acompañar esta experiencia hemos volado desde el Taller de Vito en Altamura sus quesos añejados mas icónicos, como por ejemplo su emblemático Amore Primitivo - un queso azul añejado que se sumerge en vino tinto primitivo por 100 días - y adicionalmente estará elaborando en vivo quesos frescos mozzarella y burrata a partir de Leche Fresca del Rancho Cuatro Encinos. Desde 1930, la familia Dicecca ha preservado la esencia de la simplicidad en la elaboración de quesos artesanales. Hoy, Vito, cuarta generación al frente del taller familiar, ha llevado esta tradición más allá de su pueblo natal, combinando respeto por el proceso con una sensibilidad actual que ha capturado la atención de figuras como Stanley Tucci y Chris Bianco.
