Went to Dario's for our anniversary, as I believe it is one of the better places in Cypress for this type of event. It is small, generally quiet and the service is good. The food is generally good, but pricey. Dining at Dario's previously, they had a variety of breads before the meal that were very good. Last night, we only received two rolls that tasted like they came from Costco. The food was OK and they did provide key lime pie for our anniversary, but just not a great value for spending over $100 for two people without drinks.

First time going to this restaurant and was not what we expected. It was our anniversary, we even made a reservations. We were seated after a couple who were regulars were seated my the manager/owner but we were in the bar area, it was noisy. We were not attended to as other regulars, wine drinkers were over us. The prices were high for what little food you received and sides were extra. It was not a romantic as we thought it would be.

Arrived before our reservation and were able to be seated early. Service was outstanding! Food was fantastic! It was my mom’s birthday so they brought her a cheesecake with a candle in it. Will be back for sure.

I’ve never had a bad meal here and the espresso martinis are the best! I would be there weekly if it wasn’t so expensive, but definitely worth the occasional treat.
