Really disappointed and am a Rewards member. There used to be a free app and valet but no more. They used to come by with a flashlight to check steak preparation but no more. Server was nice but not professional as at other high end steak restaurants. I agree with the 205 service charge but not if service is mediocre and definitely not on alcohol which is already marked triple. Going elsewhere from now on.

Our dinner was pretty good but the prices were very high and the service wasn't great. There are other steak houses in Seattle that you pay the same price but everything is fantastic.

High quality food but value was subpar. Way better dining experiences available in the city for less. Service was slow and they charge an automatic gratuity

Server was very nice. The salads were good. The steak was very salty, both of them as was the veggie and potatoes. We were nearly done with our food when our wine for the meal arrived.

Or table had a good view but was in the midst of a server traffic snarl much of our meal and the booth next to us looks right across our table which was awkward. Not great for a romantic dinner.

Everything was awesome except the service charge applied to the bill which is across the board and not just for groups - and it's fine, except it seemed like they are trying to have it both ways as the way it was explained to us made us think we should still leave a tip. One or the other!

It was very expensive but we knew that going in. My chicken dinner had a very salty sauce and I only ate a couple bites. The garlic potatoes were fabulous and so was our waiter.

The dinner was for a belated birthday on a Saturday night for 2 people.

Raw oysters on the half shell for appetizer. Two prime ribs were ordered, medium rare, with cream spinach on the side.

The prime ribs came out perfect! All other food was excellent as well.

Will definitely go back again!

Omgoodness... Been to Daniel's Broiler in Bellevue and loved it. Tried the one in Seattle tonight and they impressed me. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Food was absolutely mouth watering. Ambiance was slightly dark but nice overall. I will definitely be back.

34th anniversary so we had very high expectations and wanted everything just right. Daniels Broiler broke EVERY EXPECTATION! We arrived early and were seated in the bar for complimentary coffee. The hostess came and escorted us to a very private table, and we had our first of many wonderful encounters with our waiter George! We have dined all around the United States in luxury hotels, and Ocean front villas.Never in all our years have we had this gracious understated elegance that George and the Schwartz Family has a true gem.
Best Steak ever
Best Crab ever
We were so overwhelmed at the evening Daniels created we told all our kids, and friends. Thank You so Much

Awesome 6 star experience. Our server, Maria T. was so nice and so informed. We talked about the food and, Lake Union, and life. And it all came down that evening to one of the best meals we have had... ever. Ruth Chris, game on. This is not a recommendation, it is a must do. I liked it too that the manager made the rounds greeting and shaking hands making sure it was perfect. Oh ya, we took home another complete meal for 2 for later. Thank you DB for an amazing evening. Thrilled to tip.

Great food, great service! Went there for my son's 33rd birthday - I had mentioned in my online request for a reservation that it was his birthday & I wanted a nice view table, & did they do something special for a birthday dessert. They took care of both. Server was really good. We ended up sharing a few appetizers & having Caesar salads for lunch - it was a beautiful sunny day, the view was great. All in all, a lovely time.

We selected Daniel's Broiler for view, seasonal menu options to celebrate a milestone birthday. We've made reservations and called in advance to notify the staff that we're celebrating a milestone birthday and asked for seat with a view. Upon arrival, hostess provided a table with heavy traffic during not so busy weekday evening. A huge disappointment, surprised after all that effort on our end, and they weren't willing to seat us elsewhere!!! You could tell the server was extraordinary attentive (trying to make up) for our seating arrangements. We've had jumbo shrimp cocktail which came with sliced avocados, french onion soup, beet salad, prime rib and seasonal salmon soaked in bourbon. Food is tasty but the entire experience is not what we've expected when celebrating...wasn't worth the experience! Huge disappointment!

Daniel's Lake Union is always a wonderful experience. Been coming here for over 20 years. Great steaks and ambiance. Sad to see the garlic roasted chicken off the menu and the chicken dish that replaced it was not so good. Also, general management of old was much more attentive than current, engaging with the tables with at least stopping by to assure satisfaction. Bring Gerald Murphy back! Overall, still a great place to spend an evening.

We went for my daughter Danika's 21st birthday. It was just myself, her and her boyfriend (Logan). Being it was a special occasion we paid no attention to prices (unlike me to do that). We each had 2 drinks (4 beers, 2 lemon drops total). We had the Ahi Tuna appetizer. Danika had the Piedmontese Filet Mignon, Logan had the Porterhouse and I decided on the Flight of Filet Mignon because I wanted to taste all 3 of Daniel's "best steaks" - according to our server.

The food was good, but honestly, nothing special. I was disappointed in my 3 filet Mignons, as I could hardly tell the difference between them - after all the fanfare from our server. Danika and Logan liked their steaks - I was surprised he ate the entire Porterhouse. The mashed potatoes and salted butter on the sourdough bread were the highlights of the evening. The chocolate dessert was a nice added touch - not sure if I was charged for it.

We did not pay attention to prices when we ordered, but I was a bit surprised when our bill came to over $500. It was nice, but not THAT nice. I have had better meals at Ruth Chris Steakhouse for less than half the price. All in all I don't regret the visit, but I don't think we will be coming back - mainly because I factor in "value" when eating out, and this meal was nothing spectacular for the price.

Daniels Broiler is my favorite steak house in Washington state. The service is wonderful, the setting is always perfect, and the steaks are top notch. I have never been disappointed. For me, the Bellevue location is the crown jewel with amazing views and one of the best bars around. No matter what you order, the food will be delicious and prepared exactly to your specifications. The only down side is the price. Being in the Seattle area, and serving high end quality food with impeccable service, means you will spend a lot of money. Treat yourself, you deserve it!
