Great food, as to be expected for the price. Tables were a little small, and it was a little crowded, but that was to be expected for Valentine's Day. Overall, I would definitely recommend for any special events.

Great food, I did notice that the prices did go up. They also charge a 20 percent surcharge, which I dont have a problem with when the service is great. I would like as the customer to decided what I tip.

My wife and I went about 10 years ago and didn’t think much of it, so we figured 10 years later we would give it another go. Service was good. My wife had two drinks, the swordfish and I had a soda and a steak. It came to $186 after it was all said and done. I’m sorry to say that I’ve had better for a lot cheaper. I’m not opposed to prices at places like this but I really felt it was mediocre at best.
My wife and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Daniel’s in celebration of our 32nd wedding any. We were both entirely pleased with the food, the restaurant and the excellent service we received. My 16 Oz. ribeye may very well have been the best steak I’ve ever had. We don’t frequently drop $100 to eat lunch, but I can truly say that we received everything we paid for and expected.
Thankyou to Daniel's broiler restaurant for making my mom and dad's 61st anniversary so special. The manager and Sean our waiter were to kind funny and pleasant to meet. My mom said it was the best dinner she has ever had.

This place is absolutely awesome. Me and my girlfriend went here on a date and the food coupled with the amazing views was breathtaking. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a romantic date night. Make reservations for Valentines night like 25 days before; runs out fast.
Always a favorite place for carnivores - great steaks and seafood and they really seem to 'get' service. When you want that special impeccable classic dining experience, this is a great choice. They also have a pretty fab bar menu.
The pepper Bearnaise sauce is to die for.
The server was off. After the food was delivered and we asked for a second glass of wine he avoided our table for a full 15+ min.
Great views, outstanding meal
I am huge on customer service. I was amazed with our waitress. I don’t recall her name but she checked in with us at the right times and always with a smile. Our food tasted great. It was a little over priced but taking in the view, the service, the food, and the speed at which we got our food was well worth the money. I’m definitely going back again!
Very expensive for mediocre quality of food. The chef's special steak was burned for a steakhouse.
We had a wonderful dinner. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about both food and wine and selected a perfect wine to go with our delicious rib eye steak which we shared. Although fairly busy we we seated near the window where it was quiet enough for us to enjoy our conversation and the view. It was not an inexpensive evening but we feel it was worth every penny.
Your steak cook doesn't know the difference between medium rare and medium well done. In a darkened dining room even though our waiter used a pen light w/ a dim light we were unable to evaluate if our steaks were cooked to order, i.e., medium rare. Because we were at a B'day party we choose not to send them back. Although we 've previousliy dined at Daniel's Broiler, we'll go back to Aqua in the future where the food is cooked to perfection and the service 5 Star. We will tell others of our below average experience at Daniel's Broiler

The reservation desk had us listed at the wrong time. My guest and I felt rushed the whole time we were there and the restaurant was not full. Was not the experience that I had expected. We did not order appetisers or salad. Maybe that threw off the service schedule. THoroughly enjoyed the Happy Hour at the bar with another guest last week.
Everything was fantastic. Awesome food and service. Couldn't have a better Seattle anniversary. Thanks to all of you.

My wife and I were looking forward to our first visit and Daniel's Broiler. Unfortunately we were underwhelmed. For a steak plate that cost $70 you do not get a vegetable, only a potato side. the steaks were average and good enough, but not for that price. We were expecting to be blown away. Then to top it off, without letting you know you are forced to pay a 20% service charge, and they tax the tip. That made the bill for just the two of us $338. It was a lot for an average meal, and our service did not warrant a $50 tip that was forced on us....wont be back. I can get a better steak almost anywhere at a much more reasonable price
Went there for my birthday dinner. Was disappointed at the dishes we ordered. The $120.00 steak flight came out medium instead of medium rare, lobster was still raw and cold in the middle on the steak and lobster dinner.

We had a wonderful time as always. The food is always amazing. Other than the female bartender not knowing how to make a French 75 (I believe she forgot to put any champagne in it.) everything is above standard and a real treat to visit Daniels.
good food and menu, but way overpriced. They have excellent service, but also do the automatic 20% charge, which I'm quite in agreement with yet.
I still think this is a wonderful place to eat but it was a huge mistake, removing the piano from the bar and allowing the piano player to go to the new downtown restaurants? The thing that should have happened is that a New Piano should have been purchased and a new player and the new piano should have gone to the new restaurant and the old piano and player should have remained at the Lake Union location.
New Year’s Eve celebration
Made 10:30 New Years Eve reservations as a treat for my daughter and her friend visiting from New York. The service was embarrassingly bad. It took forever to get our first drink ordered, even longer to get it served. And that was the only drink we ever got.... Then the waiter disappeared for quite awhile before we got to order food, and then the food took forever to get there. We were there for 2 hours; I ordered a second drink which never arrived. We were never offered a dessert menu or coffee. And yet I was automatically charged a 20% service fee- lucky for that waiter because he would have had a hard time getting a tip out of me, especially anything close to 20%!
Everything was great except the price. A very expensive restaurant.
