By definition, onomatopoeia is a word that mimics sound, and at Onomatopoeia by Dango, we aim to capture this same feeling through our thoughtfully designed menus, and handcrafted food. Each scratch-made course is prepared in a food truck, by a small, skillful staff led by Chef Coleman Bowers and Sous Chef Jackson Lathrop. Our staff is committed to crafting experiences that evoke a sense of community, camaraderie and craft, creating lasting memories and a comforting sense of belonging.
