Ristorante a base italiana, ottimi antipasti, primi impresentabili e tanta fatica coi dolci… camerieri adeguati, ottimo clima se si vuole festeggiare il compleanno ma il cibo ITALIANO non è all’altezza di questa PAROLA!!!

Terrible experience, I don’t recommend. There were only two of us and the service was so poor. It took way too long to get our two appetizers and then our meals never came. People arrived 30 minutes after us and when we asked about it we were told “5 minutes, 10 at the most”. It never came. As we were walking out we waved to our waiter and he smiled and said “Have a good night thank you”. He was clueless. We said “We’re leaving because we never got our food”. He just looked very confused and went back to serving everyone else.

Very nice atmosphere. Jisury and Miguel Jimenez took good care of us. Excellent service with a smile! Enjoyed the food, very good!

Staying at the Holiday Inn Aruba, we reserved our final night at Da Vinci for the sake of convenience. The restaurant in housed in the hotel. Unfortunately, we were seeking Italian food, but the menu lacked anything resembling Italian. There was little to choose from that sounded appealing. One diner decided on a simple Caesar salad but it turned out that the lettuce was brown and soggy. It was inedible. The staff was kind enough to replace it but the tone was already set for the remainder of the dinner.

We were looking forward to dining here after hearing good things, so maybe this was an off night for this Restaurant. Our service was super slow, it took more than 10-15 minutes before our server stopped by to take our drink order. We started with appetizers which were delivered to the wrong table and they kept it, so these had to be remade. From the time We sat down to finally receiving our main meal was well over an hour. Wine selections for all inclusive package was sub par. We did have option to purchase a bottle( outside of all inclusive option) but chose not to. Overall experience was just ok.

DaVinci restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. The food is outstanding, and everyone is so very nice and extremely professional. This place is literally better than most Italian Food I have had over the years. It is worth the trip regardless of where you are staying.
