   I rarely leave reviews but in this instance I felt like it was necessary. It's very difficult to describe the experience unless you have lived it. First off, walking in to the restaurant, you feel like you just booked a private dining experience where the chef meticulously prepares every single dish right in front of your eyes. Second of all, every single bite of food was to die for, there is literally no other restaurant in Los Angeles that comes anywhere close when it comes to food quality and taste. With the limited seating I will try to go as often as possible for as long as I can because I know that before long, there will be a 2 month wait list to get a table. Also, very honorable mentions to the staff, they provided a quality service that deserves high praise. Overall score 11 out of 10.

   This was one of the best meals I’ve had in LA in 15 years of living here! Chef was incredible and the entire staff made it an experience we will never forget.

   What a fabulous experience! Ambiance was a 10. Food was a 10, and to be able to watch Chef Barbara in the kitchen made it a one of a kind experience. We drove from Orange County and it was definitely worth it. Will be going back for sure!

   This is my third time at Da Barbara. It’s consistently a fabulous food and dining experience. Highly recommended for special occasions and any day of the week.

   Best restaurant in Los Angeles. This should Michelin starred and probably will be soon.

   I can’t get enough of this restaurant. Barbara hand makes some of the best pasta I’ve had (including in Italy!). Everything I have tried has been amazing, some even a bit experimental that were a delightful surprise, like the scallop crudo with fruits. The menu changes with the seasons. I always love the stuffed pastas. The space is so unique: it’s like being invited into someone’s beautiful designer-decorated townhome. It’s small and intimate, without being stuffy. All of the table settings and glassware are gorgeous. Great for a date or a celebration, or just an amazing dinner. I can’t believe this place isn’t booked out for months. I can’t wait to go back again.

    The entire dining experience was amazing. From Chef Barbara to her staff. The food is amazing, homemade pastas and cheeses. All the entrees were delicious. Quaint ambiance. A 10++ all around.
