   We wanted a bite to eat before the Bob Seger concert and this was the only place we could find in the vicinity, that had an open table for 4. The food was just okay. We were happy to get something to eat and have a couple drinks before the concert. The service was lacking. Our food and drink order was not correct from the get-go. We tried to get it straightened out, but decided it wasn’t worth it. Server was polite, just not very attentive and it showed. Definitely will not return.

   I tend not to expect much from a restaurant in a hotel, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The people were very nice, the food was good, and I would have no objections to returning in the future.

   Nice, quiet place to enjoy good food and conversation with great service that is not always in your face. A group of us meet monthly for lunch to update each other on our lives. The Cypress Grille is perfect for such an occasion!

   Food, service and ambience were awful. Surprised that this restaurant, located so close to the Golden One Center, doesn’t make significant improvements in all areas. No wonder I got a last-minute reservation! Will never return unless I learn that significant improvements have been made.

   We were nearly 20 ladies who came from different parts of the west coast. The table was ready for us when we arrived, including a flower arrangement that I ordered for one of the guests. Joshua greeted us, took our beverage orders and made sure we had everything that we needed. The menu was varied, very reasonably priced and delicious. I did not hear one complaint about the food. This restaurant is in the Holiday Inn, in the arena area. We had to park in a parking garage nearby, but the restaurant validated our parking stub. I do not think you will be disappointed.
