Great upscale bar. Watched NCAA games and had great drinks and with good bar food. Don’t miss the skillet cornbread!

Amazing food and drinks!!! We had an awesome experience at the bar seating - the only thing we would change is the music while seated in the dining area. Amount a mix of bad elevator music in a jazz and rock way - really takes away from the vibe of the restaurant. Otherwise we love this place!!!

Was looking forward to Carls and it was such a disappointment unfortunately. Front of house were friendly and happily moved us from the table by the entrance to a less draughty spot when we asked. Server was smiley and took our order efficiently. That's where the good part ended sadly. Ordered Buffalo Wings, Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich and 2 'Medium' Burgers. Wings were tough. The chicken tasted old, definitely not fresh rotisserie. The end of the baguette was also hard - again not fresh. Our 2 medium burgers arrived well done and rare. The server didn't check in to see how the food was .... (maybe she knew!) We offered our thoughts when asked if wanted more drinks. Solution offered was to put the rare burger back on the grill. Not ideal. No discount offered. I know it's coming to the end of the season but this is fundamental stuff. Won't be returning or recommending this place unfortunately.

Prime Rib Special was small and tough not worth the price charged. Waitress did not explain up charge for salad in lieu of potatoes. Disappointed!

Fun place with a cool vibe. Ribs were fantastic and so were the Old Fashioneds! On other occasions the Bison Meatloaf and corn bread were great too!

We have an annual ski trip every year and Carl's is always a must. Never disappoints. Highly recommend.

Tremendous restaurant for family & friends after a day on the mountain. Incredible choices of bourbon/cocktail selections. Burgers and bison meatloaf were the big hits from our group. You won’t leave Carl’s Tavern hungry and you’ll also be quick to return!

Food/Service was good. Problem was we ordered apps and entrees and they both came out with 10 minutes. It felt like a fast food place. I have eaten here before and it was always really pleasant. This time it felt like a McDonald’s drive thru.
