After yet another negative experience at the casino bar when we were just simply trying to purchase a cocktail...Our server Mikey was exceptional! Jeremiah (the Host) both super friendly and accommodating. They are the reason we will continue to return to this restaurant. They turned a frustrating evening into a great time.
The sound system needs to be adjusted. It's just treble; no bass. All songs sound like Alvin and the Chipmunks.
Food was barely average, Mikey was great as a server, without him, most likely a 1 star. Can't pay 26.00 for a average pizza
We try to go to the cutthroat several times a year. Since COVID however this is the first time back in 14 months. Still great food and service.
Cutthroats has been able to maintain its charm while following COVID protocols. The food is just as I remember, and the service remains friendly and efficient. For a casual night out in Incline this is a great place to go!
Great food, service and atmosphere!
When you go to a saloon you expect western style BBQ and the menu is a mix and match of mediocre food that doesn’t fit the style of restaurant.
We had a great time at this great spot to enjoy dinner with our seven year old, and watch the NCAA Championship game. There are many options to satisfy everyone's diets and desires. The restaurant has a nice kids menu, which is harder to find these days, and 17 TV's to be able to watch any sporting event easily. The best part was our waiter Mikey, who went ABOVE AND BEYOND, was so kind and cheerful, he made our trip that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be going back next time we are in Tahoe!
This was the best restaurant in the whole hotel, much better food and service than the Lone Eagle which was 3 times more expensive. So dont waste your time and money at the Lone Eagle. Eat here instead. Food is great and ambiance was great and the tables were indeed spaced at 6 ft.
We were all quite disappointed with the food, especially for the price. In addition our waitress was horrible. She dropped water at the table and left without a greeting then came back 5 minutes later yelling at us to put our masks on or she wouldn’t take our order. Very disappointing considering the level of service displayed by all others at this property.
What made the dinner great was how awesome the waiter was to myself and my family. Great food fun place.
Pretty good food for a hotel restaurant. Service was super and friendly. COVID has really hurt things as people are doing their best to abide by the rules and it makes for a disjointed experience sometimes...we made a reservation and they had trouble seating us.
Once seated, we reviewed the menu and it’s regular sports bar/pub stuff but about 25% higher than you’d normally expect. But it is in the Hyatt in Tahoe! Going to share either the pizza ($27) or the HUGE nachos ($18). Asked the server and he was very honest and recommended the nachos. Glad we got them as they were great!
That with a few beers and tip was $48. Not bad and all we had to do is ride the elevator back upstairs and we were “home” for the night. Would eat there again.
Food was great and very happy with our server. We made a reservation and they had some issues when we got there at our reservation time but they were very nice and gave the three of us a complimentary drink.
We eat here a lot and always find a friendly face, cool sports vibe and great food. I am a picky person and they ALWAYS put this and that on the side, bring my salad or side first.....just helpful folks that want you to be happy. Don't miss out!
Server Mikey was hilarious. He made our night fun and unforgettable
Very loud music, hard to hear. But everything else was great
Very good food and service was good even during COVID. A bit dark because it’s in the hotel next to the casino but fine since it’s convenient.
Michael was our waiter and was absolutely amazing. The best service we’ve had in a very long time.
I won’t recommend Too noisy and it’s over priced
Had a really good time. The bartender is an absolute delight to chat with! Fish tacos are delicious
Great food and wonderful service. We like this place a lot. We were just a little disappointed that the Buffalo Cauliflower had been removed from the menu. That was one of our favs! Thankfully the awesome salmon was still there! We will be back! And hopefully the cauliflower will be too!
Girls Trip! During Covid the ambiance isn’t stellar, but everyone is doing to best they can. We had a great time!
Seated quickly, and server was attentive. First draft beer I requested was out. Second draft beer was also out. Settled for a Modelo that I can get anywhere. Thought this was a saloon?
Tacos were the only saving of the dinner, very good and flavorful.
Always fantastic!
Nachos were terrible, calamari was decent, all the tables were very spaced out due to COVID-19 but it was nice to be able to eat inside.
Went there for College Football National Championship game...
15-16 large screen TV’s and none of them were tuned to ESPN for game.
Staff was a little put out when customers asked for TV’s to be changed.
Music played on speakers, so no game audio.
Food outstanding and wait staff very friendly !!
Food was terrible
It is not there kitchen. They are using the coffee cafe
Our waiter Mikey was awesome, so friendly, he kept us laughing and comfortable. He made our visit a 5 star visit. I had the potato soup it was so good! My husband had a salmon dish, it was ok.
Wonderful service and wonderful food!
The food is above-par — but you really come back again and again for the antics of the bar staff/wait staff. The food is better than you think it will be — but Mikey and Jeremiah are why you'll be back.
Even during COVID, Cutthroat's knew how to get it done smart. Surprisingly good food for a sports bar atmosphere. Jeremiah was a very friendly bartender that put up with my antics. Will definitely eat here again. A++
