   Freddie made our experience exceptional! Dinner was amazing…Delicious steaks, mushrooms, crab. My husband felt very special with the surprise birthday cheesecake, which was the best I’ve ever tasted! Best dinner of our vacation. Thank you 😁

   Great service. Seated as requested and on time. Friendly staff and the meal was prepared as ordered with a good selections of wines and beers. Value was good for a steakhouse and not overpriced. The steak was perfect. We were impressed that someone-a manager we assume-came over to our table to see that all was to our satisfaction The following day we received a phone call from a staff member to receive our feedback as well-a first in decades of fine dining for us that we can recall.

   I had dinner reservations at 7:45 this week with two work associates and everything got off to a great start. Host was polite and sat us immediately. Johnny our waiter was spot on fantastic! His support staff was a little sloppy , rushing when pouring water and not paying attention at all. The younger staff member was very polite and attentive. We started with the homemade biscuits with fig jam and honey. Great!!!! Oysters from Massachusetts were great, French onion soup as well. For appetizers we were told think family style, two sides would be more than enough. We are three grown men, and I can tell you these sides are not meant for three, maybe not even two, especially when it comes to the scalloped potatoes. They both were delicious, but not enough to share. My one associate ordered the sea bass and he loved it! I ordered and shared the 36oz Porterhouse with my other associate and to say the least, was not what we expected when ordering a $150 steak. I live in Chicago for past twenty years and he in Atlanta, so both have had our fair share of fantastic steaks and sadly this is not one of them. As we began to eat it, we both looked at each other and said, is this what you expected? We both agreed no it isn’t! It was under seasoned and not as tender as you would expect for an expensive steak at a fine restaurant. When you pay for $150 steak you should expect a mouthwatering, tender steak and this was just an oversized steak with some salt thrown on it before searing. We agreed it was a mistake and maybe we would have been better off had we ordered an individual steak like we initially intended. Too late, costly mistake! We finished with cheesecake desert which was very good. Sadly, I probably would not go back if I were looking for a great steak dinner in Delray area.

   Overall experience was excellent . Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and also displayed good service. The food showed top quality and taste as well

   Great place. Accommodated our request for a particular need in our party. Even called before and after our meal to make sure that everything went well. Definitely service focused from the time you get there till you leave. Thanks to the team at Cut!

    I brought my 3 teen boys and we had a lovely time. Both service and food were excellent. We tried many menu items from oysters, wagyu tartar, strip steak, Alaskan crab legs, South African lobsters, truffle fries, Mac & cheese, to the cheesecake and everything truly was excellent. I enjoyed the atmosphere; great food in a relaxed environment. I will go back!
