Food was great. Very different. Cocktails were very fancy! but the band was so loud that you could not talk to anyone at the table. It was not mariachi like the website shows. Some kind of crazy 10 piece Mexican band with a roaming “singer” who just screams into the microphone. Plus they also allow guests to sing. We love live dinner music and don’t mind if it is loud but this band just ruined the whole dining experience. We won’t be back

We were going to just try the food and ended up spending 4 hours there. Drink and food presentation were really good. The vibe is loud and high with the Banda. The Culichitown staff definitely had good party vibes for it being a Sunday. Will be coming back.

Went with my boyfriend for our 2 year anniversary. We were wanting a nice dinner and some specialty cocktails, which we did get, but the food is good but it’s beyond expensive. We didn’t realize the atmosphere was going to be so loud and boisterous. We were the only people there that ordered food… my guess is because no one there, including us, could afford the overpriced menu. The place was packed with large groups drinking bud light and no food. There was a “band” if you will. They walk all around the restaurant constantly with Tubas, clarinets, trumpets, etc. they come to the table and play Tuba as close to you as possible, and ppl tip them by sticking dollar bills All over the Tuba. Safe to say the noise level was insanely LOUD. My boyfriend and I couldn’t talk to each other the entire time because, despite shouting at the top of our lungs leaning in close to each other, neither of us could hear a single the the other person said. We couldn’t have a single conversation. It definitely wasn’t the atmosphere we were expecting for an anniversary dinner, but I honestly LOVED the tuba players and the other instruments. The high energy level was EPIC - it’s definitely a perfect party place!! It was like a fiesta on steroids. It would be really fun to go there just to drink beer and skip the food, just go to get lit and party. Honestly, as a lifelong Mexico tourist, it reminded me of an upscale/modern/elevated version of “Senor Frog’s” or “Carlos and Charlie’s” in Cancun. No joke - same level of a “party atmosphere”, but with fancy mariachis, elevated cocktails, and tubas full of money instead of “yards” and bartenders pouring tequila shots into your mouth as you pass by in a conga line. Lol. If I had to describe the experience/atmosphere in one word, it would be: FIESTA!!!!! Would’ve been perfect for a graduation or 21st bday party or any bday fiesta. Not the place to go for a romantic anniversary dinner on a Saturday night. I loved the wild party vibes tho!

Worst dining experience ever!! The staff didn’t speak English so food and cocktails weren’t what we ordered. The music was literally blasting and we had to scream at each other and the wait staff. A short time after we arrived, a full band with a TUBA and lots of horns played what seemed like circus music so loud that we couldn’t hear each other at all. The bill was $68 for a large chicken tender and two tacos. The valet charged $20 to park my car in their small parking lot right in front of the stand. The entire experience was an absolute nightmare!!

Dinner | $100+ Lets start off by saying I made reservations which I thought would have been quicker since you don’t have to wait right ? No ! I was wrong waited 45 mins or longer to get a reservation table . The food looks great but it was terrible the fries were soggy and some stale the meat was disgusting you can literally smell how bad it was it was not even cooked well as I asked it was (raw)our server was great he attended us very well came to check up on us he was amazing but the fact you can’t dance to the live music they have (in a corner) to be a bit specified maybe they should have not any kind of artist play here. If you look for a place with better atmosphere & better food don’t come here . This was the first time I went and it will be the last spent more than $200 for a place they hyped too much for .

No pude entrar. Decían que las reservaciones por internet no habían pasado a pesar de mostrarles screenshot que porque no tenían internet. Y había una fila grande de espera. Ni porque maneje por 40 minutos solo para comer, cabe recalcar que había marcado antes de llegar.

The server was rude. We asked if they had spicy mayo and she said "we are in a Mexican restaurant why would we? we have chipotle" OK but you serve sushi it was a valid question and should not have been dismissed that way.
