French Food made awesomely simple that, non french people understand the menu. Amazing food choices, classic, comforting the way you want to eat french food. No white stuffy table linens, simple at its best. Cool vives.

My wife and I plus a friend dined here last night for the first time. We were happy with the overall experience. My wife and I both had the roast chicken (with coq au vin sauce) which was the best we've ever had. We all agreed that we would go back for a second visit.

The moules-frites were excellent, and the steak was tender and flavorful. When I asked the waiter to recommend one of two glasses of wine I was considering, he brought a sample of each. It was our first visit here, and we will be back.

Sadly for a Friday night, they were seriously understaffed and food was either brought at different times and dessert was forgotten. Wait staff very friendly but stretched thin.

We were understaff the night you came as one of our server went through a small medical surgery and I could not find someone to replace. We started out with the Pate Board, which was wonderful. We had a hard time deciding on our entree. In the end, I had steak and he had Beef Bourguignon. He raved about his. My steak was tasty, the sauce au poivre was outstanding, but the steak could have been more tender. Our wait staff recommended a lovely Cote de Rhone wine. We finished with the French Beignet Trio. Watching others enjoy their Moules frites, we'll definitely be back to try that. Service was excellent—knowledgeable and friendly without hovering.

This little place is a fabulous gem with delightful entrees, salads, and desserts. We were invited us to sit at a well lit table near the window on a rainy day. It was lovely looking out into the cold while enjoying the friendly warmth of the restaurant. The Salmon with provencale was absolutely delicious! We also tried the Pork Chops cooked to perfection and were so pleased with the flavor and dijon sauce. And what a glorious treat the homemade Mousse was! We highly recommend Cuisinette for lunch or dinner, casual or dine out. Really great food and ambiance ...

While it was great to get back to in-person, in-restaurant dining, Cusinett today bears no resemblance to its pre-pandemic state. The food was marginal at best; the menu no longer included favorites from before; and the service was spotty. Perhaps ownership turned over? Staff surely did.

I have taken friends to Cuisinett so many times because it such a charming bistro with fabulous food. No one can beat their So French Burger and French fries. The Croque Madame is so delicious with the French ham, cheese and the perfectly cooked egg on top. My friends who tried Cuisinett for the first time are now converts.

Continue to love the simple quality of their food. Start with charcuterie & cheese and either go light with a quiche & salad or go big with the pork chop or steak. All of the sauces available with the dishes are great but my fav is the mustard cream sauce which is awesome with the shrimp or the pork chop.
