   Was going to the fisher school of rock show picked this place for dinner. The service was good and the meal was outstanding. Would differently recommend it to anyone that asks for a good place to dine in Detroit. They could use a little more selection of vodka like cherry...

   It was a lovely meal in a lovely place. The help was very good and the service was excellent. We got there early because we had a show and we wanted to make sure we got waited on. The food was delicious.

   Great spot for pre Fisher Theater event dining. Service is always great. My husband and I order the halibut from the main menu. It was excellent. Drink pours and very good. The team knows if the diners are going on to the theater and make sure everyone is on their way in time for the curtain to go up. The location is perfect for the Theater--just across the street. This is our go to spot for dining prior to the theater.

   Pre-theater treat. We had the bisque, oysters and tenderloin. Really good food and friendly and efficient service

   Located across the street from the Fisher Theater, which has probably become the backbone of the business and probably accounts for the restaurant's inattention to other matters. The Thai Shrimp was perfectly prepared, with interesting combination of spices. The Roasted Cauliflower with red grapes, pepitas, and capers was a fun winner. The Norwegian Halibut with kale and carrots had been left on the stove one minute too long. It was dry. Other unforced errors make this a do-not-return site. There is absolutely no reason to give someone a table at the front window which looks at a 5+ story parking ramp and a semi truck loading dock, complete, in my case, with engines running all through the dinner. Put the diners inside, away from the visual wasteland and the street noise. The jazz played at the beginning of the dinner was delightful -- melodic, accessible, hummable. The ambiance was totally destroyed when the bartender in the adjoining room (no wall, no sound barrier) put the TV on to a loud game show. I cleaned my plate and left as quickly as possible. If the game show had been on when I arrived, I would have refused the table.
