About this restaurant

Steakhouse founded in 2000 by Juan Gabler. Since then, Cuerovaca has specialized in grilling the finest steaks, coming from our Patagonia, the volcanic South of Chile and the United States.
Our experience is based mainly on beef from Angus and Wagyu breeds (a breed of Japanese origin, considered the best meat in the world). Additionally, we also prepare Patagonian lamb, as well as seafood and fish from our southern seas.
Our mission is to create an authentic Chilean gastronomic culture, a meat experience based on the best Chilean breeders, along with award-winning wines from our country. All this in a urban-contemporary environment, accompanied by a service of excellence. We also have a private interior barbecue area, glazed green house type, surrounded by evergreens and trees.

    La ensalada de tomate muy fome, dice que viene con palta y ají, pero la verdad que casi no le ponen ají ni palta.

    El lugar es bonito y el servicio bueno. La comida pobre. La corvina y el salmón, malos. Con gusto solo a pescado. El lomo estaba bien pero el filete llegó muy crudo a pesar de haberlo término medio. Las papas fritas trufadas y el puré de papas chilotas, salado y seco respectivamente. Cosas que rescatar: El puré de pimentón de la pesca del día y los ñoquis al pesto estaban riquísimos al igual que el postre.

    Buena atención y buena comida. A considerar, hicimos reserva adentro y tenían lleno por lo que solo pudimos estar afuera con bastante frío. Le pasó a bastante gente.

    El restaurante estaba lleno, lo que ralentizó un poco el servicio, pero siempre muy amables. La malaya de entrada estaba rica, pero buscaría la forma de hacerla más blanda. La entraña estaba espectacular, perfecta. Como amante del chocolate amargo, recomiendo el habano y la semiesfera, ambos de chocolate, muy ricos.
