    This is definitely our go to restaurant whenever we are celebrating a birthday or anniversary. We love bringing family and friends here. They never disappoint. This time my wife and I selected multiple items to share and indulge in items we had not tried before. We started with their Salmon Caviar on Crostinis and the Lamb Meatballs. Both are to die for. The meatballs were perfectly cooked and had the best flavors. Back on the menu is their Summer in Sorrento Watermelon Salad. Outstanding, I could eat this everyday. For the entrees had to go with the Filet Mignon, Halibut and the Mushroom Risotto. All perfectly cooked and just melts in your mouth. They added some new desserts that unfortunately we were too full we did not get to try this time but may start with dessert next time! We are not big drinkers but their bar menu is a great list of wines and cocktails. They have recently added some amazing mocktails that I have not seen anywhere with tequila that has no alcohol. Amazing. We always cannot wait to return.

    Very mediocre but highly overpriced! For three small pieces of scallops added extra to the overcooked pasta, they charge you $29! Avoid this place!

    The wait staff, particularly Henrie, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. A little on the spendy side... but will go again.

    We had a great time.... The place was beautiful, the staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner if you're looking to try something authentic with a modern flare. I would come back. Thank you

    It was great to return to return to Cucina Venti after several years away. CV remains one of my favorite Bay Area restaurants.

    The fresh baked bread is wonderful. Service is fantastic very attentive. Food is good and very accommodating. When we mentioned we need to change the spicy sauce of the pasta, the cook was very accommodating to change.

    Service was fantastic - attentive without being over-solicitous. However, there is literally not a single item available that doesn’t have an optional upsell companion- beware! Food was great but the upsell items are expensive, prices for upsell items are often undisclosed on the menu and add up quickly to an extremely expensive level - be sure to ask if budget is remotely a concern. $49 paella is one thing (and pricey). Optional $29 scallops upgrade (for four scallops) makes it a $78 entree - not worth it. In that vein, be very careful ordering from the special liquor cart. Nice, but expensive, meal. Genie (sp?) is great.
