Highly recommend this place. The food, service and drinks were exceptional. Loved the ambiance here!
The food was nothing to write home about. It was deceiving the way that they allow you to book a redefinition only for this 4 course meal. They also ran out of the listed dessert that was part of the 4 course dinner.
The restaurant itself had nice decor, but was way too loud and overcrowded. Service was decent, specially considering it was Valentine’s Day.
The food was fairly good, but overpriced. You can get same quality food elsewhere for 2/3 the price easily. That being said, if money is not a concern, the food was good.
Delicious as always! We love Cucina Venti and always have delicious meals and good service here.
Very busy on a Wednesday night but the food was amazing, nice location, nice place to bring business guests as well. We will return!
Great experience from beginning to end - tasty appetizers and excellent scallops main dish. Followed by chocolate cake and tiramisu that we rank towards the top of our "Best Desert" list. My son, who has eaten Tiramisu at every restaurant we have visited in USA and Italy, said this was "pretty good".
Really nice Italian restaurant with great food and even better services. Will come back again
Music a little loud. Michael Great! Service
Great place for dinner before or after a movie at Shoreline Century 16 movie.
What a wonderful Italian food focused restaurant! The place is warm and attractive, the service attentive and friendly, and the food just delicious. Two of us went pre theater and the location is great for that. We chose to have four appetizers, tapas style, for dinner - beef carpaccio, mango walnut salad, grilled prawns with garlic and oil and zucchini fritters. Yum! There is also a nice list of entrees served with sides for those who prefer that. Pricing is moderate. I can't wait to go back.
Date night! Our server Arturo was amazing. Attentive and professional. The restaurant environment is lovely. It’s a hidden gem in a small shopping center. Food pricing is fair. Will definitely plan to return! Highly recommended.
Excellent service and food, highly recommend
Wonderful service and wonderful food. Everyone in our group enjoyed themselves. Thanks!
Great new find! Highly recommended.
The food and service was excellent.
Everything was fantastic. The servers were friendly and skilled; the food delicious and vegan friendly without hesitation. It was a bit loud and difficult to maneuver due to tables being quite close together. That didn't detract from enjoying the meal bit did make it difficult to hear my partner and the server. I would imagine anyone with a walker or other mobility assistance device would have particular trouble navigating the space during a busy time. That said, I would not hesitate to return for more mushroom flatbread. The dough itself was wonderful!
We had a late holiday get together and celebration of a friend’s upcoming birthday. The food and drink recommendations were outstanding. Service was impeccable. The highlight of the evening was the waiter singing happy birthday to my friend in their native language. It was the best!
We have been going to Cucina Venti every New Years Eve for several years. The atmosphere is quiet for conversation with our friends, warm and friendly. We enjoy the lighted Christmas tree. The host had our table ready in a great location and the waitstaff is friendly and efficient.
The food was yummy and the wine was delicious (three different kinds for three different people).
We especially enjoyed the Grilled Salmon, Saffron Sea Bass and Linguine Pescatore.
We will be back!
Everything from the appetizers to our main courses was perfect! Especially loved the grilled octopus, clams spaghetti, and the sea bass with risotto! Not oily and flavorful. Their seafood were also very fresh! Would definitely come again soon!
I liked the baked Salmon. Good portions for everyone
Wine list looks fine, however by the glass wine prices are disproportionately high for the quality they offer.
Our second time at Cucina Venti ended up being an underwhelming experience. The flatbread we ordered as an appetizer was cold, while the heirloom tomatoes in the burrata salad were hard and tasteless. The rice on the salmon was too salty and, overall, the entree dishes were rather mediocre. Also, at these prices, they should at least make sure to bring fresh silverware for the second course.
We decided on a last minute Italian dinner and we did not choose wrong! We enjoy each visit and the waitstaff is always accommodating and on point.
Freshest pasta I’ve ever tried! The Christmas tree is a must see! Good service, perfect for a date
Food was outstanding and our server did a terrific job of taking care of us. We were disappointed that management has decided to more than double the wine corkage fee to $35. Their wine list is nothing special, and we like to bring our own wine, so we probably won't return.
The food and service was outstanding! The restaurant is beautiful
This is one of the best restaurant in Mountain view. I really enjoy this place the food is fantastic.
Second time here and it was delightful. Good food. Although the outer location in a strip mall is not enticing, the interior makes up for it with a warm, inviting feeling. Good food. Wine menu was a bit lacking since several they were out of several choices. We wanted to take our time and were not rushed at all. Will be back.
We had a wonderful meal. The pastas were flavorful and beautifully presented. The salad was wonderful and the zucchini appetizer was outstanding.
The Host was so bad he ruined the dinner for us. He was rude, did not seat us properly at the table. Was not polite to the lady in the group. He then took the menu from us as we were enjoying our appetizer, before he had a chance to order our entree. Then he had a huge attitude and mocked us when we told him we still needed the menus to order. The waiter had to step in and showed him away while apologized on his behalf.
Love the ambiance, music track, atmosphere, food and service so we made a second visit in a week. But tonight was disappointing. I ordered the chicken and sausage patella. The menu didn't mention the sausage was spicy hot. It was so HOT that I couldn't enjoy it at all. The sausage made the rest of the dish spicy hot as well and the chicken was a bit dry. I just couldn't eat it. Mentioned it to our waiter, he said that's how it is. We were going to a movie right after so I ended up having their pizza bread for dinner. Wished I had ordered another dish. We still like the restaurant and will return on our next visits but will avoid that dish.
We had a wonderful dinner here. Everything and everyone was wonderful. It is now one of our favorite restaurants in Mountain View. Thanks to Open Table reviews! We will visit each trip we make here in the future.
Excellent service from the minute we walked thru the door. Warm reception, attentive servers, excellent wine choices, tasty and colorful meals, and many comfortable nooks for private conversations.
Very good service. Waitstaff was attentive and friendly. Food was excellent and wine choices varied enough for all palates.
Highly recommend fettuccini with duck confit. Great ambiance. Romantic setting. Perfect except wines by the glass way overpriced.
The food was delicious as always and the service was great! Couldn't ask for more.
One of my favorite restaurants in the SF Bay Area (and that’s saying a lot as there are so many great restaurants).
Today I tried a new dish (Fettuccine with Duck Confit) and it was amazing! My “go to dish” is paella but almost everything on the menu is delicious. My only disappointment over the many years I e been going to the restaurant is the Bocce Balls ( IMO the are the same consistency as real bocce balls).
Service is always attentive and friendly.
A real find!
The drink menu was fun! A lot of unusual ones. We were going to see a movie so let our waiter know. He was great about getting completed in a timely manner. The only thing that was a little disappointing was I ordered the scallops, which were amazing, BUT they were tiny and there were only 4. If it had been the larger ones, 4 would have been good. But since they were smaller, it should have been 6 of them.
Yummy food. Good service. Great place for pre- or post-movie deliciousness.
Went for lunch before a matinee at the Pear nearby....great luncheon!
