My son’s honey cup pizza had a huge hair imbedded in the pizza crust. When he told the waiter he said “oh yeah I see that, do you want another one?” No let me get the manager. No free dessert. No the whole meal is on us. He did not charge us but showed no compassion for a disgusting pizza. My chicken wings were not crispy. The skin was rubbery. I only ate half. The other two pizzas were mediocre. Waiter had little to no personality. We will not return. Very disapppinted. We used to love this place.

Hands down best pizza in Ottawa! Best wood oven pizza we’ve had outside of Italy. Other items delicious too. Very generous servings. Great service.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed our meal and evening at the Crust & Crate Ogilvie Road. We had the garlic break app and Margarita Pizzas. Food and service were great. We will most definitely return.

The manager was very accommodating and opened a quiet area of the restaurant as we could not stay on the main area which was very noisy with several large groups. That made a huge difference.
