Everything here is carefully curated to create a pleasant and interesting dining experience for those who visit. Cleveland magazine named it one of the 25 best restaurants in the city. Crumb & Spigot's menu is best described as a Gastro Pub, with a near equal emphasis on quality eating and drinking. Starters include Mussels with jalapeño lemon butter, house made Soft Pretzels with triple mustard and Dry-Aged Meatballs. For entrées, The Bar Steak with whiskey mustard and mushroom pan sauce or sandwiches like the Lobster Burger or Carolina Pulled Pork. Pizzas from our wood fired oven making our Speck and Mushroom pizza the center of attention notwithstanding an influence of vegan options like the Spaghetti Squash with arugula coulis.

Overall a great experience. But, they ran out of lettuce for a salad that delayed one of our dinners. Service was very good and drinks and food were delicious,

Food was mid at best. Service as well. Went to one in chagrin and liked it. This place not so much. Mussels and no flavor, pretzel dry as a bone and dip for it was bland. Pizza decent but nothing exciting. Won’t be back.

Aside from food, coming out a little bit on the slow side, and they weren’t that busy, maybe shorthanded in the kitchen? But it was fantastic! The pizza was so good. The pretzel, the vegan meatballs, the drinks, and the cauliflower steak! All really really good, will definitely be back.

My daughter and I were greeted warmly on arrival and promptly seated. Addie, our server, appeared immediately at our table, greeted us with a smile, took our drink order, and upon returning with our drinks, took our food order. We ordered the fresh Caesar salad to start, which was amazingly delicious. We then ordered the Carrot Bolognese and one of their wood-fired pizzas, the Capricciosa. Not many places offer vegan fare, so it was satisfying to have not one, but several vegan as well as gluten-free options from which to choose. The drinks were refreshing, the meals were excellent, and Addie was friendly and very attentive with her service. We've dined here once before. Crumb and Spigot's fabulous food and great service assures us that we will definitely be returning.

Burgers were fantastic. The bread pudding is to die for. Best that I have had outside of New Orleans.

We usually eat at the Crum and Spicket on the east side in grand Falls and decided to meet some friends at the Crum and Spicket in Lakewood. The food was exactly the same, which is wonderful. The service was absolutely fantastic and we had a window on the inside. We had a wonderful view. It was bright and light and this restaurant is far more roomy than the one in Tran Falls. We usually only go to the one in Tran Falls when we can eat outside because we do not like the close quarters.

I had the Chicken Milanese with roasted carrots. Husband had Carpaccio. Chicken is what my husband and I called "Athletic Chicken", way tough and over cooked. My carrots looked like they were roasted but were pretty raw. Not semi, more raw. Both dishes ( my husband had Carpaccio were drowned in Arugula salad, and so was mine. Salads before dinner were good. Drinks and service were good, so i cant fault that. This was our first time there and I looked around and saw people with Pizza's so if I can get my husband to come back for that, we will. And to be fair, I would have said something straight off, but we were catching a show, so having them make it again would have gotten us off our mark. Better luck next time. Our friends suggested you, and they are vegetarians. Maybe we will try those dishes next.

Crumb & Spigot is always a great choice for date night or for any occasion. The service is fast and friendly, and the food and drink options are plentiful. They have a great happy hour menu as well. This is a regular spot for my wife and I. Definitely one of our favorites!

Wood oven pizzas were great. Noise level was moderate, with relaxing background music. Not a wide selection of beer and wine. Menu selections are creative.
