   It was a weird vibe in there from the restaurant being empty but them not being ready for our reservation, to them not having enough menus for everyone even though the place was not busy. The food was super yummy but they served us the white wine warm off the shelf we had to ask for a chilled bottle and they didn’t put a chiller on the table. Over all would not go back even though the food was good. The server was nice but didn’t seem to know much about wine for working at a wine bar.

   We were surprised to see only California, and the Pacific Northwest wines were listed on the menu. What happened to the European wines? As for the food, the meatballs were strangely tough that we had to forcefully cut with a knife. The service was friendly. We will not return until we see the European wines are back on the menu. We know the California and Oregon wines quite well, but the California wines on this menu were not the good ones. This place needs a new sommelier!

   Had a great selection of dishes we all shared. Each one was very tasty. The service provided by Jade was efficient and enjoyable!

   All good as always. Great location, a very predictable and enjoyable experience. Love the multiple "small plate" options. Cru never disappoints./

   The food, drinks, and atmosphere were excellent. 10/10. However, the service is not up to standard. The host isn’t very bright, my boyfriend called to get a reservation for 8, she kept asking the same questions 3 times (what the name was, how many people, what time, etc). Then she said it was booked until 9. I went online and there were many slots available from 7:30-9. So I booked it for 8:15… Next, our waitress wasn’t great. She was okay, but not very friendly and she kept rushing us. Of course, we took our time. But I don’t like to be rushed. We informed the restaurant and the waitress that it was our anniversary, but didn’t receive anything for it. (So why ask during the reservation?) overall, amazing food but please hire new staff.

   It was a fairly good experience. My biggest issue was that my Filet was not cooked to my liking. They even took it back and it was not much better.

    Breaks my heart to stay it, but this was the worst “fine dining” experience I ever had. Ravioli served cold and then replacement was still frozen. Cold dessert. Tiny portions. And to top it all off, we had a delicious $70 bottle of wine that we found the next day in HEB for $13 (the Franciscan ‘22 Cab). Never going back.
