After booking a week in advance, getting confirmation via tex and email, then receiving another tex confirming my booking the day before, my party of 8 turned up on time, only to be told I have no booking. No record at all. I had to showed the manager my phone tex's to prove the booking. My party then had to wait for a table to become vacant. Finally we were seated and as we had been looking at the menu for a while we ordered straight away. The food was good and came out within a reasonable time, but every other part of the table service was crap. We ordered drinks that we had to wait 20min's for and the beers came out warm, several times. They would bring out another round of drinks that we didn't even order and had to be then taken of the final bill. All in all, the experience was a drama, instead of the peaceful catch up with friends that it was supposed to be!!!!!!!

I booked a table at Criniti's Kirrawee through Open Table, from whom I received a confirmation email and a follow up confirmation text message for my booking. On the day of my booking, I then received a phone call from the restaurant saying that they could not seat my table as they were booked out. I was very disappointed by the lack of care displayed by the staff member on the phone and for the disruption it caused to my work Christmas party which then had to be rescheduled due to inability to get a table for a large group at another restaurant on such short notice.
