   My husband and I stopped in at Cravings after a workout at a gym nearby. Our server was attentive and brought us our order in a timely way… not too fast, not too slow. We follow a vegan diet and we’re able to find delicious menu items. The dinner menu has a variety of offerings. We are planning to bring friends with various food preferences to join us there soon. We recommend!

   The restaurant was cold we kept our coats on. Service was great and food/beverage was excellent. It was noisy sitting in the table section. The venue only has two booths are those muffle the noise being more enclosed and not clustered with the tables

   We came in and we were greeted right away. The waiter was very nice and answered all of our questions about food (we had a lactose intolerant person). The food came out right away and it was delicious. I also asked for a mock tail and it wasn’t on the menu but my server without hesitation suggested to me how he would make it and asked if I wanted to add anything else. Overall great experience, great food and great service! Recommend!!

   Terrible experience all together. From the service, the constant delays, undercooked chicken, everything was abysmal. Will never be back.

   Reservation was for 6pm. We didn’t get dinner until 7:15 pm. Owner tried to justify delay due to it being valentines night. Felt that the owner was trying to justify the delay and have us accept the circumstance. Shouldn’t be our problem if they couldn’t cope.

   We had requested a booth on our reservation. Kelly our server with the manager seated us at a table and let us know a booth would be available if we wanted to move. We moved in just a few minutes. Our server Kelly was great and made the experience even better. Would definitely return.

    Disappointment cannot begin to express our dissatisfaction with this restaurant. We were given a gift certificate for this restaurant by our children, and arrived for a 6:45 PM reservation on Saturday, February 4, 2023. We were immediately seated, given a wine menu, and two glasses of water. Our wait then began and continued until we left the restaurant 25 minutes later. During this 25 minute time, we saw multiple waitstaff in and around the bar as we sat at a table next to a window. During this time we made eye contact with them several times, yet no server ever returned to take a drink order much less give us a food menu. After 25 minutes of this, we decided to leave the restaurant extremely dissatisfied. To make matters worse, I also called the restaurant on Saturday evening and left a message about our very disappointing experience. Not surprisingly, we never received a phone call back. There are many wonderful restaurants in the Twin Cities area that have exceptional service. This place is not one of them!

    We had reservations at 6 pm. We ordered 2 filets and a burger and appetizers. We ordered 2 filet meals $40.00 per meal one medium rare and one medium they were both over cooked past well done. The potatoes and carrots with the steak were undercooked and hard. My son left half his steak. The burger was forgotten about so one of our party had no food. We were there from 6-8 pm and barely had service the servers were busy and trying to be nice but our experience was terrible. People were walking in after us and leaving before us. One of our party was in a wheelchair and the set up of the restaurant was so bad that everybody had to stand up for us to get through with a wheelchair. That was awful and on the way out the staff let us have to take care of asking people if they could stand up so we could get out. It was overall a terrible dining experience. Very bad.

    First time eating here for lunch. Didn't like that they were still bringing supplies into the kitchen, through the dining area. Understand they have an unusual building setup, but feel that should be done prior to opening for lunch.

    Service is fabulous at the restaurant, always good drinks and atmosphere! But unfortunately food is not good as it used to be. After bad experience on being at the restaurant for New Year’s Eve in 2021 - it was packed and waiting on food it was 2 hours, we decided to give it another chance. I am sure we will try again and hopefully the food will improve.

    New Year’s Eve my husband & I had dinner here with their limited NYE menu along with another couple. Food was great with reasonable options for a limited menu. (Scallops, prime rib, hearty dinner salad with shrimp). Good quality and nice presentation and portion sizes. The only real problem we had was that the bill listed $9 alcohol tax on a $27 alcohol tab. The couple with us had an even higher alcohol tax bill for an $18 alcohol bill. We brought it to the waiters attention and he and the owner removed the charges and in the end did not charge us the tax at all due to the error (they paid it, we were told). I hope other diners did not have the same issue. Overall we were very pleased with our dinner but will be sure to check our bill in the future.

    The salad I ordered was not as described on the menu--which was disappointing. I added chicken for some protein--and was SUPER disappointed in that the chicken was heavily marinated in some not-great sauce.....and the chicken was tough. Tiramisu for dessert was a 'one bite was enough' type deal. Not good at all. definitely not fresh. The bar and wait staff were very professional. Not their fault the food was sub-par.

    Our server was a little preoccupied with a large party and forgot to bring us drinks and didn’t stop to check on us for over 30 min. That is unacceptable. He didn’t clear empty plates away until we asked him too.

    I love going to Cravings Wine Bar - the food is always excellent and the drinks are unique and well-paired to the food. There is plenty of variety and always friendly efficient staff.

    We arrived at 6:45 pm, with a reservation, and the restaurant was packed. And during the time we dined, people kept coming in the front door. Despite having all the tables full, we were still served in proper time. It reminded us of how that particular restaurant used to run before the new ownership. Now, Amir has it back on track with excellent service, a new chef, and excellent wine list, a good menu and very, very good quality of food.

    A bit of a hole in the wall location, but quite nice inside. Food was very good, the carbonara was spot on, salads fresh and crisp, pace of service just right. A very interesting wine list with good reasonably priced choices across the spectrum.
