    I visited to celebrate my mom's birthday, and the restaurant gave us dessert as a service. It's a restaurant in Banff park lodge, the price was reasonable, the food was delicious, and the staff was very kind, so we were able to spend a happy time with my parents. Thank you.

    The food is wildly overpriced. The fish and chips are incredibly bland, and the bison burger tastes like it was frozen and microwaved five seconds before consumption. Mediocre food without flavor and cheaply produced. Disappointing. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.

    This is a hidden gem! The food was delicious with large portions and the server was friendly and attentive. I had the huge CRAVE COBB salad. My husband had the fish and chips which was Icelandic haddock. We had a window view of the beautiful mountains. The restaurant is off Banff Ave a bit and was definitely worth the extra walking steps!

    We wanted something simple for dinner and chose Crave. We shared a caesar salad to start and I had a burger while my wife had the salmon. The food was good, portions appropriate, and service was outstanding. It was pretty quiet which really surprised us as there aren't many places in Banff where you can get a decent meal at a reasonable price. We would go back for sure.

    Reserved table for Sunday breakfast buffet Not one item was warm enough to eat and enjoy Cold cuts and cheese empty yogurt room temperature waste of money should have ordered of menu very disappointed after a enjoyable weekend in Banff

    Food took to long and it was not even busy and once we got it my husbands was cold and mine was horrible, I got the breakfast bison burger it is was freezer burnt and was not fit to eat

    While there were several options for the NYE buffet, several were cold and/or bland. The desserts too were either bland or dry. In particular, the marshmallows. They were hard as rocks and it was apparent they had been sitting out all day. For what we paid for this buffet, the quality should have been much better. Our server was nice but had no idea about the drink options or the after party. Wish we would have booked something else. Also, the food options were no dairy free friendly as we were told they were. My son was able to only eat a few items and could not have any desserts. So we essentially paid $60 for him to eat a salad.
