Food was good. Servers and hostesses need to crack a smile and be more personable to the customers, as they are the ones that leave tips and pay the bill. The Manager was very nice and was very good at helping out and covering for the server.

Service was awesome, nice environment. Food was mediocre, caprese flatbread was delicious, lobster Mac, flavor was good, lobster overcooked. Salmon my sister said was good, the noodles were bland, had an oil and garlic taste. Bloody Mary drink, neither of us cared for, tasted like chili powder. We won't return.

The food was okay. My daughter had sushi and it was delivered with dry ice so that was cool. Our waitstaff was nice, a bit awkward but she was fine. I think they liked their sushi. We had apps and I did like the firecracker shrimp, it was very good. The other apps were a bit soggy or bland. This Crave restaurant is located in the mall so it was busy. We ended up sitting bar side so the ambience was a little louder.

They had staff meeting on the floor with the staff that was working. It wasn’t our waitresses fault she was wonderful but there was no one to wait on tables and it took far too long to pay our bill, leaving us late for our next stop on date night. The staff meeting was held where customers could hear and see, it was very poor, planning by management. We were very disappointed with how our meal ended.

I spent most of the afternoon here when I went for lunch only to end up doing work for about 3 hours in a booth while enjoying food and drinks. Despite some really bad reviews, I thought Crave was on the better side of good. Around very good but not excellent. Here's why. While the wait staff were top notch, the hostess was very young and inexperienced. I made a reservation for a late lunch. The restaurant was mostly empty. She wanted to sit me at a high top in the bar, despite the reservation. I had to push back for a booth in the bar area. I was never offered a table in the main dining room or the outside patio. I would have liked sitting outside. The interior is a little tired. Some of the furniture, like the booths, have visible wear-and-tear damage like torn upholstery. Also, some of the furniture is real dusty. The prices were a little high for a mall restaurant. At these prices, I expect bread and tablecloths. Neither were provided. Also, while salmon fillet was perfectly cooked the portion size was smaller. I was told 6-7 ounces. The fillet was actually two small fillets of maybe 3 ounces each. I expected one whole fillet. The wine list consists of better grocery store and mass-market wines. Very good range,. Something for everyone. The Mumm brut rose was actually a good value for a sparkling wine by the glass. The bread pudding dessert was superb. All things considered, I would probably return if I was in the area. A little more elevated service would be nice.

Food was amazing as always. Our server Rick was very lacking. He didn't keep our drinks full and barely checked with us. My wife needed to change a food item due to an allergy and he was reluctant to make the change. I recommend Crave in Fargo but this is the only time we have had mediocre service. It is usually super!!

To be fair, we were there for dinner on the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend. It was also prom night. Very busy but service was still quite good. However: - Appetizer (calamari) was warm, not hot. - Salad garnishes were VERY sparse 99% lettuce, a few pomegranate seeds, perhaps 1/2 oz of Fontina, and 5 very thin almond slices. - Poke bowl was good. A bit heavy on garlic and tuna cuts included some tougher bits, but still good. Acoustics are poor. Definitely not a place for quiet conversation at the table.

It was a busy Saturday night. Crave was excellent as always. The food was delicious. My wife got a nice dessert on the house to celebrate her retirement. Rick was an amazing server and the manager even stopped by a couple times to check on us. However, it was a bit noisy in the middle of their large dining area -- hard to have a conversation. We love Crave.
