    We have had many good experiences at Craft but we struggled last night. Despite having a rez for a number of weeks we were sat for dinner at couches with a very low coffee table. Not acceptable for eating a meal. Once we switched tables I tried to order two bottles of wine, both of which they were out of, so I was forced to jump up to a fairly expensive price point for a pub. The rest of the night was fun after we got those issues sorted…

    Great food! Service not great. We dined here twice in two days and the service was poor both times. Server slow in taking orders, after food was served no follow up to see how our meals were or to ask if we needed anything else. The location is great, dining near the harbour is a great experience, too bad the service is poor.

    We had a six-person staff lunch and the food was excellent. We had plenty of room, our server was attentive but didn't hover, the kitchen accommodated our allergy needs, and everyone loved their dishes. It also wasn't too busy for a Tuesday lunch so there wasn't much ambient room noise.
