   Always a great time at Craft! I like to bring all my friends & group outings to this amazing establishment as we always have a great time. By far one of, if not my favourite restaurant in Ottawa!

   Was a great venue for our dinner with friends each of having teenager girls. Great food and drink selection, fast service and lots to choose from. Atmosphere was easy and enjoyable, able to the games on tv as much as we wanted. Lots of variety of space too from group to small numbers and loved the open doors bringing outside air and breeze in!!    Very good food, very good service but unfortunately I would be very reluctant to return. We were there with a group of colleagues and wanted to chat - this was impossible to do as the music was so loud. I requested a quiet corner of the restaurant but this made no difference. There was one member of our group who has trouble hearing and this made the night impossible for them. While I can understand this on a Friday or Saturday night, on a Tuesday it seems a little excessive. The choice of food and the quality was excellent.

   Making a reservation ahead of time was easy and they accommodated us with multiple highchairs as requested. Our server was so friendly and helpful considering we had 4 babies in attendance. Made it so easy to go out and enjoy a meal with small children present!

   Dinner with friends. Service was very good, friendly, attentive - but not too much. Food and drinks were delivered quickly, the food was hot and tasty and the bevies were also very good. 1/2 price bottles of wine on Wednesdays was a hit! We will definitely return soon.

   We enjoyed our food. Place was lively but we could have a conversation no problem. Our server Ally was fantastic!

   Music is too loud often over 85 db, if you work there long term exposure will result in hearing damage
