    Our service was excellent. Mason was very attentive and polite. Everyone’s food was really good. They give you plenty of food. Large selection of craft beers to choose from. Definitely recommend.

    Those that got pizza loved it. The burgers are exceptional. My craft beer didn’t get delivered. The waitress was not anywhere. Just when I was going in search for her, the hostess brought me a beer saying that mine had been sitting there so she had it dumped and a new one drawn. Since this was a local craft beer that I never tried before, I had no idea until I got the bill that I didn’t even receive the correct beer. They did take it off the bill once that was discovered.

    Large portions. Not too loud so we could carry on conversation without having to shout at each other.

    I made the reservation because Coastal Virginia magazine named Craft 31 the best burger in Williamsburg. Reservations seemed overkill for a burger place, but I made them. Worth it! We have a covered outdoor table for a cool, rainy summer dinner. Delicious homemade marinara with the cheesy bread. Scores of local beers and ciders to choose from on the flight menu. Then the hamburgers lived up to the notoriety!

    Great food and amazing service. We didn’t realize when we made our reservation that there was live music, which is usually fine no matter where we go. But the microphone was allowed to be so loud you couldn’t hear yourself speak. Now we know to call first before making a reservation.

    The Chicken Cobb with Green Goddess was fresh and delicious with ample amounts of bacon and Gorgonzola cheese. The burger was very tasty. Not a fan of Old Bay, but the chips were cooked to perfection.

    Jazzmen was great server, friendly and was very helpful in ordering our beer flights! She also let us enjoy the ambiance of the live music, not rushing but still observant of our needs.

    Lots to offer on the menu and we enjoyed the creative pizza and burger options. There’s lots to choose from if you’re a foodie.
