Service was wonderful, and as always the food was great. We've never had a bad experience or a bad meal. Thank you.
The food was superb as always. The waitress was very friendly, prompt and professional.
Service was GREAT!! Food was delicious. Noise level/acoustics annoying.
This family operation is just what Emmett needs. The whole Gem County Community comes together at the Cowboys Chophouse for great food, fun and fellowship. From cowboys with mud on their boots to businessmen in $800 suits and everything in between, we can enjoy a family-oriented atmosphere and eat great food. The Wille family is a wonderful addition to Emmett.
We love our Cowboy Chophouse! Small town atmosphere, great food, a great service staff and personable friendly owners! Can’t wait for the patio area to open!!! -Shem and Susan Steppe
We always love our experience there with the great food and service.
We've tried your establishment twice and, I'm sorry, but we were disappointed both times. The first time we had the prime rib, and unfortunately it was a thin cut, and given our choice of sides, didn't warrant the price. The side of beans (Nally's?) and red mashed (sticky) were really poor. During the second visit, the sides were amazing (mac & cheese and red mashed), and I was so happy. However, the ribeye was very disappointing. There we 3 of us, 2 mid rare, 1 rare. The steaks were so thin, mid rare and rare are impossible to get that deep sear, rendered fat, and excellent tenderness. We all received our steaks medium, and they were tough in the middle. We payed well over $100 for 1 drink each, tip (waitress was amazing), and the steaks. Please, give us a thicker and better quality piece of beef. I can, and do (thanks to Albertsons), cook a good steak. You can't skimp on the thickness, and quality of product if you expect a customer to spend $25 per plate. Also, please expand your chicken menu. Poultry is what I wanted, but your menu told me nothing about what to expect, so I ordered the beef. We very much enjoyed the service and ambiance, and we wish you the best.
Food was great as always. Our table was waiting for us, and the service was excellent.
The water was totally gross. I should have known that the coffee would taste as bad. The salmon was terrible for a high priced restaurant. My wife had to return her stake to be cooked as requested. The room was noise. I was very disappointed with the overall experience along with the high priced food.
Best beef in town! Awesome service and good choices. Not too many that you can't make a decision but enough to choose from a variety of eating styles.
Great food and great service! But the dining chairs are uncomfortable. We had the prime rib...cooked exactly as ordered.
I arrived at the venue about 5 minutes before my reservation time and was seated right away. It took quite a long time before the drink orders were taken, which the gentleman apologized for. The food was excellent, my steak was cooked perfect. The staff was slow in refilling drinks. At a fine establishment, I'm not used to having my beer glass go empty before I'm asked if I want another. By this time, there were not many patrons left so I didn't really understand the slow response. This by no means, however, will keep me from returning.
This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint! Love that our little town has this amazing place to eat!
Was our first time in, best dinner we've had in the area!
Great food the staff was very kind and helpful. Far drive from downtown Boise but it was definitely worth the trip. We will go back there
Great place whether you just want to eat or celebrating a special occasion.
It was our first time there and we definitely will return. It was a slow mid-week night yet the service was spot on and the prime rib was outstanding. Great value, friendly service and a memorable evening.
The food was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly!
Not nearly as good as when you first opened. For the prices you charge for the quality of the food is lacking. Probably will not be back. It is too bad emmett is desert for a good place to eat.
Awesome food and amazing service!! We love this place and will go back every chance we get!
This would be our 2nd time in and it has been a treat both times. Waitress was awesome. Food was amazing.
Cowboys Chophouse is great every time!! Food is always good!
Wonderful Mother's Day dinner, so yummy super food.
Great food great service and awesome owners
Had the Prime Rib, cut was tough on the outside of the slice but better on the inside. Flavor was good, hate it when a restaurant uses rubs and spices that ruins the natural flavor, this one serves it natural and it was good.
The food was great! It is the only steak/ prime rib restaurant we go to any more. We even got a really good beer, a coffee porter.
Great food and service love this place
Delicious food, authentic atmosphere, great drinks, and impeccable service. By far the best restaurant in Emmett, and our favorite in the whole Boise area!
It was good food, good service and we will definitely come again.
No more chain steakhouses when we are in the area. Cowboys is well worth the drive to Emmett. The restaurant is located in a 100 year old building and has been renovated to a great Western steakhouse. The food was excellent on all points. Our table ordered steak, prime rib and fish entrees, all which were exceptional. Highly recommended!
Excellent service and food!
As always the place was hopping
The people dining were awesome and friendly, great conversation with everybody
Love the his place
The owners are as friendly and gracious as their staff
The food is amazing
Can’t go wrong here
Very clean and a fun environment. Food cooked perfectly and service very good. I would suggest specials in the evening. Wish you were open for lunch too.
The noise level was very high and one waitress stomped really loud when she walked back and forth which was a lot. Other than the noise everything else was great!
Limited menu, but something for almost everyone. The steaks are especially good since that is one item I cannot seem to cook well at home. Each entree comes with a choice of two side dishes; a wonderful addition would be some sauteed mushrooms for the steak. Friendly service.
Very nice waitress. The food was excellent. Good salads. The prime rib & ribeye were perfectly cooked to our liking. The owner/manager stopped by our table to chat about our quality of our meal. We really wanted the strawberry cake but we were too full! Overall a great anniversary dinner!
Great food and the staff is more than accommodating!
The food was wonderful and everyone so pleasant . Table was ready when we got there on time . Not our first time and always good.
Ambiance is a very relaxed feel and very open, it has a modern western type decor throughout. It was pretty full when we went in but we had reservations and we’re seated right away, it feels as though you’re dining amongst friends throughout the dining area. We ordered drinks and skewered shrimp to start and then ordered steaks and ended with sharing a dessert. Everything was delicious and had great flavor, my steak was a little tough for my liking, but it could just been me. Other than that everything was spot on including our service. The owners were there as well and made their rounds to the tables and talked to everyone as though we were their long time friends, very welcoming. This place suited Emmett perfectly.
Food, drinks and service were all excellent. We will return
