Amazing food and amazing service. Took my boyfriend here for his birthday dinner. Thank you to all staff for making this a great first experience at a brazilian steakhouse!

I have been here 6 times. Sometimes the experience is absolutely wonderful. Sometimes, not so much. I have a certain expectation when i am dining in a high end restaurant. There are times that the service is impeccable and the food is excellent and everything that i expect from the kitchen is available. Then there are the times that the service is terrible and the kitchen does not serve certain things that i have come to expect. The food is so good that i keep going back though.

It is a nice place. I have been to others. The sirloin and filet could have been offered more frequently. The garlic potato’s were toward the cold side, but the staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was nice, not overboard. I never mind paying a little more, but I do want our food hot and to our liking. My wife loved the grilled pineapple.

I would return again. The food was great and the customer service as well!

Great food, and a unique experience. Ambiance was nice and calm - upscale environment. Safety precautions were clear and abundant - temp checks at the door, gloves and hand sanitizer at the buffets, masks required when not seated at your table.

I’m sure some of the changes are due to the Covid situation, however the menu listed is not the menu served. The prices on the website were also not the prices at the restaurant. We were required to wear masks and have temps taken upon entering and given a lecture about the use of the masks as we move around the restaurant. I assume the rules didn’t apply for everyone as there were groups that did not have to abide by this. We had to ask for the pineapple and it was like we annoyed the waiter, even though he asked what we would be interested in. It was okay overall, but I don’t see the hype and we probably won’t be returning.

If you are looking for a high end Brazilian Steak house experience similar to Fogo de Choa or Texas de Brazil, you will be disapointed! This was Applebee's at a higher price.
While I did appreciate their efforts for COVID safety, the rest of the experience was so-so at best. The salad bar was mostly prepared salads with few fresh vegetable options. The meat and cheese selection (charcuterie) was laughable (there were string cheese sticks cut into hunks). The hot sides were bland and not very hot. The sliced meat was decent, but we were only offered a handful of options. Once we finished eating we notice at least 3 others being circulated that we were not offered. The service was okay, but not great. Overall this would be fine for a casual evening with family (at a lower price), but this was not the date night experience we were looking for.

Pretty good value and plentiful provisions but everything was dead ordinary. Don't come here is you are looking for rare beef as everything it medium well to well done. Salad bar may be the best part of the menu.

My husband and I loved it! It has definitely moved into the new favorite restaurant position! Excellent food and service! Can’t wait to return!

A bit pricey if you can't eat a lot, but everything was very good, and the service was great!

This is unlike any other Brazilian steak house we have been to. It was unbelievable!

The meats were delicious and plentiful. The service was great. Everyone was very nice and attentive.

Not authentic, very Americanize with Southern influence. Gauchos were sparse and when they did come, it was the same 3-4 cuts of meat. Service was also subpar, waitress forgot about our caipirinha didn’t bring it out until we were done eating. I probably wouldn’t come back, not worth the money at all.

Everything about Cowboys was amazing with the exception of our server. He was not very attentive and we had to ask for refills. It was not crowded, so there really wasn't any excuse for the lack of attention. However, that being said, we will definitely be going back in the future and hope the service improves.

This place is great ! The staff are amazing and the food is delicious ! For the price you get amazing meats and sides ! I highly recommend this spot for dates or any special occasion !

Cowboys was a place we would go for special occasions until now. We were so disappointed, usually we only go to the salad bar once because we are brought enough meat that we have to flip disc saying please no more. This time, there were only five tables with people, one meat server came to our table once and never again, my wife asked for meat well done and was told by a server twice he would bring some, to never get any. We over heard the table close to us asking why they were not getting meat so we knew we were not the only ones. We were glad we did not bring guests to eat this time because we would have been embarrassed at the service. Very sad to see what use to be such a fun place go down.

Both my son and husband were ill afterwards. For the price it was not top quality.

We love the Cowboy! We had another great experience here and one of the gauchos even remembered us.

Very happy to see they were doing everything possible to follow the CDC guidelines for indoor dining during the COVID outbreak. From taking temperatures at the front lobby to all employees wearing masks and gloves. I took my elderly mother here to celebrate our birthdays and felt completely safe.

Dinner was wonderful. Service was very attentive. We were very pleased, this was our first time and we plan I’m going back often!

The staff was friendly. The best part of the meal was the salad bar which was not worth the price for this dining experience. The meat, with exception of the flank steak, was either dry, very gamey or seasoned with too much garlic. The Brazilian cheese bread was very dry and did not have any flavor. The deserts were not up to par and not worth the money. This establishment does not compare to the other Brazilian steakhouses that I have visited.

Social distancing and safety factors are well in place and enforced. Food is excellent, though a smaller menu than normal. Excellent service. We were glad to return!

Even after been communicated manager allowed customers to walk up to salad bar without masks. No one enforced the rule and made me really uncomfortable to see all those people walk up without masks.
