   We love Brazilian steak house! Tonight the server was not the best and it seem to take 20 plus minutes to get served and then at the tale end of our visit no one offered us meat for 30 minutes??? Like were they waiting for our brains to tell us we are full ??

   We come to Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse each year when we visit Hilton Head. The food is always exceptional and the service as well. The salad bar and hot bar are always a favorite of mine. However, the choices of meat served through out the dinner tops it all off. I celebrated my birthday there on this visit and I was presented with a delicious free dessert of my choosing which was the turtle cheesecake! It was absolutely delicious! The fun part was having our waiter announce to the entire restaurant it was my birthday and everyone sang Happy Birthday to me!

   Night started off well with quick response from waitress and gauchos. Steak, chicken, lamb, sausage, regularly brought to the table over the first 20 minutes. Hot and cold bar were well stocked. After the first 20 minutes though, the Gauchos seem to disappear. Our waitress, after dropping off our drinks, was not seen again until it was time to order desserts and receive the check. Felt bad for tables that got seated after we did as by the time they got back from the hot and cold bar, the gaucho service seem to decrease significantly. Not a bad experience, definitely agree to go earlier in the day you will probably have a better selection. Just would have preferred more gaucho service throughout the meal

    I had a birthday dinner for my husband and it was a party of 14 people. When I tell you everyone was so nice and accommodating from the time we stepped into the restaurant. The food was delicious our main server Donnelly was the greatest. He was on point with everything. My husband ate himself crazy and it was worth every penny. My family and I want to say thank you for making my husband’s dinner party a success and we will be returning soon.
