The brunch menu gave us a lot of choices. The service was attentive and the food was prepared exceptionally well—my eggs were cooked just as ordered. My husband loved his waffle and the sausage patties were perfect! Even the berries were ripe and delicious.

Cove dining is always a highlight to our time spent in Lake Las Vegas. The food is always stellar and we particularly enjoy all of the staff. They are so welcoming we feel like we are visiting family. A huge thank you to David, Keith, Jim, Julian, Haley and the nice new server we had last night. Sadly I did not get his name but he did a great job! I had the Banzino last night and it was the best I've ever had in this country and others. So many times it is over cooked and dry but not this time. I like that I can choose my sides to have with my entree. My husband enjoyed the beef skewers and his favorite is always the onion soup. We both look forward to the bread basket - I know that sounds funny but the bread options are always so delicious! I could go on and on about the food - so delicious and beautifully presented. We feel so lucky to be right across the street from this country club with a five star dining option! If you are lucky enough to be able to have a Cove Dining experience you are lucky enough!

My husband and I spent Mother’s Day brunch at COVE Dining, and once again, it was flawless. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and special—something they’ve consistently done every time we visit. The food was delicious across the board. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in what they serve, and it shows not just in taste, but in the care put into each plate. Service was spot-on—attentive, warm, and never overbearing. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy, and feel like a guest of honor. COVE Dining continues to be one of our favorite spots for a reason. They truly know how to make any occasion feel extra special.
