   The table service team was terrific - attentive without hovering. All 5 main course meals for our group were delicious. Our shared first course was the Baked Brie. Don’t miss this creamy local delight. Finally, the 5 desserts were the perfect finish. We thought the prices were quite reasonable. It is clear that while Courchevel Bistro is relatively new on the scene, it’s destined to be a long term favorite. Our table was near the kitchen view bar seats. We could see these seats would be great fun for diners interested in seeing the creations being made.

   We sat at the counter and absolutely did not enjoy watching what was going on in the kitchen. The counter had been reviewed as wonderful interaction with the chefs. It was your nose up against a glass wall. We have a restaurant experience and was genuinely not impressed. The appetizers were delightful! The bread was delicious! Out main courses had much to be desired. I had the Boulabaise. The Char was over cooked, the broth was tasteless. Mussels were rubbery and the crawfish were hard and indistinguishable. We would go back only for the apps! The service was very good.

   Food was good. Service was slow, not welcoming. We ordered a Huckleberry desert and told it was too late. It was 930 pm and 10 tables still in restaurant.

   Such a great restaurant! We sat on the seats overlooking the kitchen which was an absolute great. I ordered the chicken which was cooked to perfection. My partner is a vegetarian and he ordered the mushroom dish which was absolutely delicious. We shared the beet salad as an appetizer and the berry dessert with pistachio ice cream (had to order it 25 min in advance which is definitely worth it). We went here the first night of our trip and no other restaurant could compete after!

    The vension medallions were delicious. However, I would’ve liked to have the charcuterie tray served at room temperature since it consisted of pate and duck with duck fat. We also had the green salad with the pears, which was very good. We found the duck cassoulet a little dry. Overall, the service was very good , the people very pleasant, and we would definitely eat there again.

    The friendly staff made this restaurant a standout. The open kitchen concept is a bit passe, but since our only option was to dine at the counter, we were at least visually entertained. Food was very good, and the wine list limited but, did have a good selection. Acoustics were challenging. Atmosphere was comfortable with a lovely view to Main Street.

    Courcheval is in my pantheon of Park City restaurants. We had our first visit to Courcheval last evening and it will certainly not be our last. We had the baked brie hich was outstanding and very satisfying followed by the tartlett made of yummy vegetables and potatoes followed by the huckleberry clafoutis. Presentations of each of the dishes were exquisite, the food was fresh, flavorful and very satisfying. The service was outstanding. The ambiance was quiet and we could easily hear one another speak, something that is so often missing in today's restaurant scene. We very much appreciated this fine establishment and will be back.

    This is by far the best restaurant in Park City. Every single dish was incredible. The service was beyond amazing. Absolute perfection from start to finish, cannot recommend it enough.

    Great service staff, hosts were very nice and the manager friendly and informative. Charcuterie plate was all too cold, so flavors were not opened up, but it was ok. The spring mix was weird on there, maybe a more interesting salad with some acidity?? Bread were great. French onion soup was good. My wife’s beef was totally rare, which she usually will not eat, but she was hungry. Oddly the server advised her to taste the sauce before pouring it onto the beef, as if to say “you might not like it” My “lamb chop” was two porter house chops, extremely thin perhaps a bit over 1/4” and totally overcooked. I don’t send food back, it ruins the mood. The sauce was over reduced, cloying and sticky, the polenta was a tiny dollop lost in a sea of overcooked vegetables. no dessert. We did have a good time though, although the execution needs quite a bit of work.

    Mussels with fries, bouillabaisse with artic char fish, crozets de savoie (a meal by itself), winter green salad and huckleberry clafoutis (soufflé type dessert) were all very very good, tasty. Prices very reasonable compared to other nearby restaurants. Atmosphere very nice. Lots of diners there, Thursday night.

    The food was superb with so many choices both first and main courses. Service was great. The only issue was they tried to seat us in the back next to the entrance and exit to the kitchen. We requested to have a table in the front area which they did accommodate but so strange they would stuff us back there when several tables sat empty in the front all evening while we were there.

    Fabulous from stsrt to finish. Amazing warm bread and butter to start, the fish bouillabaisse was perfect as was the short rib! The icing on the cake was the huckleberry clafoutis everyone should order this dish! We will be back!!!

    The service was excellent! The table before us lingered a little too long and we had to wait in front but the staff we super apologetic and even brought us a baked Brie appetizer (ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS) gratis. The waitress, Mara, was super knowledgeable and guided us through the menu and wine list expertly. All in all it was a super enjoyable experience and I would definitely go back.

    We visit Courchevel every time we find ourselves in Park City. The food is always top notch and we appreciate the polished service. Bill, the Wine Director, is fantastic and we love his wine list - there are so many great producers and options to pair perfectly with your meal. 10/10 recommend!

    Nice ambiance- casual,yet elegant French country decor, excellent appetizers and main course-Arctic char bouillabaisse was delicious. Park city has many excellent restaurants, but this one was the most memorable due to its menu offerings, well prepared dishes, and relaxed elegance.

    Quiet, comfortable restaurant with plenty of space between tables. Made for a very relaxing dinner. The food was all excellent with a nice variety of options on the menu. We are all "foodies" and we will definitely be back!
