Front host was not pleasant and didn’t even greet us, but rather stared at us. Odd. Our server was way over worked, they’re obviously short staffed and the sever was apologetic for it. I wasn’t very impressed with the food considering the prices. Bar tender and drinks were great, however.
Food was great, service very inconsistent. We received our food very quickly, which was nice, but waited nearly 20 minutes for the check after everything was cleared from the table. Overall a nice place with excellent food, but the inconsistent service hurt the experience.
Excellent service, delicious food and really cool ambiance. The live music was a really nice touch. We will definitely be back.
Good was exceptional.
Service was great.
Live music was perfect and not overwhelming
Food and service are always outstanding at Courchevel Bistro. If you are in Park City or nearby do not miss it!
Great service and food! Was surprised how reasonably priced it was, thought is would be more judging on the high quality.
Very nice outdoor patio with heaters. Great food and service.
The Duck breast was rare in some portion was surprised as the menu said slow roasted duck breast . Clearly this was not slow roasted .
The vegetables in the short rib dish were crisp almost raw . Could be cooked a little more
Wonderful experience. Jamie made our night just perfect, thank you!
Everything we had was delicious, our waitress Lindsey was incredibly personable and kind. She needed more help since the restaurant was busy, but we didn’t mind since the surroundings were so pleasant and the food and drinks were worth lingering over. Overall a wonderful experience will definitely be on our favs list.
We started with the corn bisque soup which was not hot enough and a bit heavy. The onion tart was greasy but nice flavor. We finished with Slow Roasted Duck
potato gratin dauphinois, cherry gastrique, walnut endive. Flavors were amazing but duck could have been cooked a few minutes longer and potatoes were not hot and needed more seasoning. Probably won’t go back.
Great food and service! Nice variety on the menu. Lynsey (server) and Bill (sommelier) were very attentive and gave us good recommendations. A very nice evening, overall.
What a great find! We sat on the patio, which has heaters for chillier evenings and had a wonderful time. The location at the bottom of Main makes it great for people watching. Has a great conversation with the sommelier. Incredibly personable and knowledgeable. Recommended a wonderful sauvignon blanc from a small winery we’d never heard of. Great to discover a new favorite. We had the brie, duck, branzino and cherry dessert. All delicious! Definitely a must try. Gives Riverhorse some serious competition
We had a wonderful dinner and would highly recommend this bistro. Our waiter and busboy were so attentive and friendly!! The baked Brie with stone fruit marmalade and apples was outstanding and beautifully presented. The duck with cherries was also excellent. My husband loved the Bronzino. We will be back
We ordered the baked brie and crozets de savoie appetizers. Both were great-I could have eaten the entire crozet as an entree...it was superb. We ordered the bison, and ravioli before realizing that the ravioli had goat product in it, so I had to switch to the arctic char. The fish was amazing! My husband enjoyed his bison steak. We didn't think we'd have enough room for dessert, but, the clafoutis sounded too good to miss. The meal was delicious. The only thing we didn't anticipate was the bees. We had two that didn't want to leave our patio table...they finally went away when it got a little darker and they lit the citronella candles, but for a good part of our meal, they were a nuisance. Other than that...Cody (our server) went above and beyond for us and we can't wait to go back (inside seating this time!)
the best bison ribeye I've ever had. great service. We will be back
Birthday dinner. Very nice.
Incredibly good food. Beautiful patio. Experienced and engaging staff. An exemplary star in the Park City restaurant scene.
A must visit for any foodie!!!
In our opinion, this is the best restaurant in Park City. Food is excellent, and service is professional. We can’t wait to go back.
The food was delicious and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. We can’t wait to go again!
Wonderful time celebrating our friend's upcoming marriage. We requested a table for 8 outside and were seated immediately upon our reservation timing with perfect service all evening. Thank you!
We enjoyed Courchevel Bistro very much. The food was delicious and unique for the region of the country. The service was very strong and the view from the outside patio was fantastic. I would recommend.
We were able to eat outside on the back patio which was lovely. Our waiter was amazing and the food was perfection.
Possibly the best overall dining experience I’ve had for a very long time. Every bite of every dish was perfectly prepared and delicious. The patio is a perfect outdoor spot! And Mara from Toulouse was the best server I’ve had in many years. Coming back…very soon!
The dinner was wonderful. Our best dinner in Park City for sure. From the minute we walked in and we’re felt welcome and totally special guests.
The food was amazing, all of it. Baked Brie, Moules Frites, Duck, Pork Chop and Short Rib were all amazing.
All of this paired with the perfect French wines recommended directly from Clement the Execitive Chef! Wow. Will definitely be back!!
A special place.
There are a few red flags, mostly relating to the server not adhering to the basic etiquette. Our appetisers arrived before we were shown the bottle of wine we ordered. We got no bread and butter that everybody else received. My husbands Caprese salad was placed straight on the table and not on the charger plate like everybody else's salad - making it very difficult to eat as the plate was tiny for such a large salad. My onion soup was good but not memorable. My husband ordered bison steak and fries which was good, but I don't think my husband would order it again. I ordered slow roasted duck and gratin dauphinois potatoes. The duck was very good but there was no cream around the potatoes which meant it was NOT dauphinios potatoes and just an underseasoned dry slice of potatoes and thus changing the eating experience of the whole dish. The gastrique of cherries was very good. I wouldn't order the dish again. We shared apple beignets for desert - the apple was really hard but overall it still tasted good. Restaurants are all about expectations and mine were not reached on this occassion as dinner for two was $300.
It was a. Dry nice place for my wife’s birthday.new though they did not know it until I told the waiter.
I was surprised as I had marked on my reservation on open table noting it was my wife’ s 70 th.
Also we were suppose to have part of our dinner paid for but again I had to ask about it.
It was a different night as a fire broke out close to Park city and some of the staff had to leave as they were being evacuated.
Overall still a very nice evening
Cory was our waiter and he made our dinner most memorable based on his recommendations. The food was fabulous.
Courcheval has earned the #1 favorite restaurant in Park City for the Birsics. We loved the ambiance when you first arrive and the service is excellent. We had the brie to start and it was sinful it was so good, and worth every calorie. My husband ordered the short ribs which were excellent and melted in his mouth..no knife needed. I had a summer pasta which was delicious and light. The wine list is very good. Highly recommended!
Very positive first visit. Will be back. Interesting choices on the menu. Excellent service from Lynsey.
Dinner was great but trying to find parking is a problem and the parking structure on Swede Alley is a long walk for anyone with knee or back issues.
We are on vacation in PC and had read good reviews.
Our daughter is vegetarian and found delicious entrees from which to choose. Our fish was done perfectly.
The service was excellent. We would go again.
Interesting menu; hard to choose. So we ordered several dishes and shared. The duck was the big winner overall. The wine list is quite good, though the markups are steep (but in line with other restaurants in this city). Sitting outside was a big plus!
Great place and amazing food! Top notch
We had a swarm of bees at our outdoor patio area but Mara swiftly took care of us. She is by par EXCELLENT and we will be back ! Merci mille fois.
We had an amazing experience, the food was exquisite, the service very helpful and impeccable. Jamie was great! What a find!
Dinner party of six, food was outstanding and service excellent. Highly recommend.
My husband and I travel the world and this was by far one of the best meals and service we have ever had! We sat at the chef's window bar and watched with complete amazement on all preparation! Can't say enough good and highly recommend this restaurant/bistro.
Best meal so far in Park City! Had Crozets appetizer and short ribs for entree paired with a DuMol Pinot Noir. Awesome! Will definitely go back on our next trip.
