Courchevel will exclusively be offering a special Christmas Eve menu. Alcohol billed on consumption. Prices do not include taxes or gratuity.

Courchevel is amazing! A restaurant gem situated in the most ideal location of Main and Heber Streets. The inviting atmosphere is perfectly paired with warm service. The open kitchen serves amazing selections. The Garden Carpaccio was a fun play on a thinly sliced beet salad with citrus segments and crumbled, candied pistachios. The onion soup was outstanding with olive oil brushed croutons and gruyere cheese. My daughter enjoyed her favorite meal of steak and mashed potatoes, though they were willing to accommodate anything for her. The elk tenderloin was incredible ...and we had to have the duck fat fries. For dessert we shared the beignets paired with warm hot cocoa. It typically comes with espresso though they made hot chocolate for my daughter, which she loved. We looked forward to our return.

We dined here for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful experience. The service was very attentive, and they were also very accommodating to a guest with Gluten free/vegan preferences. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Our dinner exceeded all expectations. The food quality and quantity was outstanding, and the service, led by our main server Mara, was excellent. This is not a typical experience when dining out on a holiday. We were so impressed that we made another reservation before finishing dinner.

Great meal - choose mussel/frites appetizer, and duck and branzino for main courses. Especially appreciated our server, John, who was very low key but efficient and accommodated our request for a relaxing, not rushed experience. He held off on having the main courses prepared until we indicated that we were ready.

Only suggestion would be to offer a non-sweet dessert - something like a cheese/fruit plate.

Very disappointed. Service was almost nonexistent. Two tables next to us were friends of the owner, and they had no problem getting attention from the waitstaff. As far as the food, the Duck, French Onion soup and the mashed potatoes that came with the chicken were good. The chicken itself was bland, as was both the steak and the frites. After waiting for at least fifteen minutes with our dirty plates in front of us, the waiter looking right at us, and not attempting to clear them or ask us anything, I gave up and asked for the check. Luckily the wait for the check wasn’t long, but even after we got up our table was never cleared. For what you pay here, I expect much better…..sorry many other good options in town.

Staff was very kind, professional and accommodating. We had a late lunch, so thought we'd just order cocktails or wine and an appetizer or two. Between 4 of us, we had a bottle of wine, 2 apps and 2 entrees....
Good food...glad we didn't cancel our 5:30pm reservations just because we were still full from a 3pm lunch.

We love this restaurant, it is definitely one of our faves. The food is amazing, incredible service. It is typically what I would call a quiet restaurant but this time there was a man playing guitar and occasionally singing. Not too loud, just right, and a fun change of pace.

Get the onion tart! Also, the pork chop, the branzino, the mushroom pasta, etc. etc. You get my drift--you won't go wrong with anything there!

Wouldn’t recommend based on our experience. Ordered a cocktail and was give something that clearly wasn’t what I ordered. Waiter insisted he watched the bartender make it correctly. Later admitted that they were out of one of the key ingredients…still didn’t jive for what I was served & he reluctantly took it back and off our bill. The butternut soup was very good. The onion tart had a good crust but was kinda tasteless and covered with a massive amount of greens than wasn’t manageable for the plate size.
The biggest disappointments were the entrees. The bouillabaisse was thin, tasteless and topped with soggy skinned trout. The crawfish were in a weird foam that overpowered and was incompatible with the broth. The chicken dish was dry and underseasoned. Skin wasn’t as crispy as it should have been. Obviously, won’t be back. This just wasn’t good food much less French cuisine.

Wow! What a great experience from the minute you walk in. For starters, the staff is absolutely fabulous Aspen, the hostess, was able to seat us early our wait staff Mara and Jon where knowledgeable on all the menu items and super friendly. Rosie the manager came over to check on us to ensure we were having a good experience. The cocktails, appetizers and main dishes are fantastic. We have the trout for appetizers, pork tenderloin and the raviolis for main they were all outstanding. Don’t pass up dessert which was equally delicious

Front host was not pleasant and didn’t even greet us, but rather stared at us. Odd. Our server was way over worked, they’re obviously short staffed and the sever was apologetic for it. I wasn’t very impressed with the food considering the prices. Bar tender and drinks were great, however.

Food was great, service very inconsistent. We received our food very quickly, which was nice, but waited nearly 20 minutes for the check after everything was cleared from the table. Overall a nice place with excellent food, but the inconsistent service hurt the experience.

The Duck breast was rare in some portion was surprised as the menu said slow roasted duck breast . Clearly this was not slow roasted .
The vegetables in the short rib dish were crisp almost raw . Could be cooked a little more

Everything we had was delicious, our waitress Lindsey was incredibly personable and kind. She needed more help since the restaurant was busy, but we didn’t mind since the surroundings were so pleasant and the food and drinks were worth lingering over. Overall a wonderful experience will definitely be on our favs list.

We started with the corn bisque soup which was not hot enough and a bit heavy. The onion tart was greasy but nice flavor. We finished with Slow Roasted Duck
potato gratin dauphinois, cherry gastrique, walnut endive. Flavors were amazing but duck could have been cooked a few minutes longer and potatoes were not hot and needed more seasoning. Probably won’t go back.

What a great find! We sat on the patio, which has heaters for chillier evenings and had a wonderful time. The location at the bottom of Main makes it great for people watching. Has a great conversation with the sommelier. Incredibly personable and knowledgeable. Recommended a wonderful sauvignon blanc from a small winery we’d never heard of. Great to discover a new favorite. We had the brie, duck, branzino and cherry dessert. All delicious! Definitely a must try. Gives Riverhorse some serious competition

We had a wonderful dinner and would highly recommend this bistro. Our waiter and busboy were so attentive and friendly!! The baked Brie with stone fruit marmalade and apples was outstanding and beautifully presented. The duck with cherries was also excellent. My husband loved the Bronzino. We will be back

We ordered the baked brie and crozets de savoie appetizers. Both were great-I could have eaten the entire crozet as an entree...it was superb. We ordered the bison, and ravioli before realizing that the ravioli had goat product in it, so I had to switch to the arctic char. The fish was amazing! My husband enjoyed his bison steak. We didn't think we'd have enough room for dessert, but, the clafoutis sounded too good to miss. The meal was delicious. The only thing we didn't anticipate was the bees. We had two that didn't want to leave our patio table...they finally went away when it got a little darker and they lit the citronella candles, but for a good part of our meal, they were a nuisance. Other than that...Cody (our server) went above and beyond for us and we can't wait to go back (inside seating this time!)
