Authentic French cuisine with a modern flair. Everything was yummy, great energy and staff, groovy ambience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Generally new restaurants have some issues in the first few months but I have to say that the food was great and I was pleasantly surprised. The dishes were beautiful and tasted great.
Courchevel was delightful. The menu had a lot of variety. Everything was very flavorful and delicious. It is French, so the food is rich and filling. The atmosphere was lovely. And the wait staff was attentive and professional. We can’t wait to go back.
Wow! Outstanding service. Delicious food. I had the braised beef with candied carrots. It was amazingly tender and flavorful. My husband had the Arctic char and that was very good too. Cocktails were spot on. The sommelier helped us with wine choices. I can’t remember his name, but he was delightful. If we are ever back in Park City this will be our first choice for dinner.
Great location and atmosphere. Attentive waiter and staff. The Coq Au Vin was delicious and the chocolate truffles were amazing.
This restaurant far exceeded my expectations. It is new, open a few weeks. My family of 4 just finished dinner here. We ate outside on the patio and it was beautiful. The bread is amazing. The best bread and butter you have ever had. We finished off 2 loaves. We had appetizers and a main course. The menu is small, and we are picky eaters, but every single thing we ate was spectacular. They don't have a kids menu but the chef put together a grilled cheese and pasta for my daughter, and it was delicious. The pasta was soft and fresh and the grilled cheese was so good. We helped her finish it. The risotto appetizer was decadent . The most amazing combo of flavors and textures I have ever had. I have never had risotto this good! The lentil salad and corn chowder were also incredible. For dinner we had a chicken, beef and fish dish. All 3 were spectacular. The combination of fresh ingredients and interesting flavors worked perfectly for each dish. Each was very unique and tasted so good, we licked our plates clean. I haven't had a meal like this in a long time. Save room for dessert. The pastry chef is excellent, and the homemade chocolates are incredible and not to be missed. The prices were also excellent considering the quality of the food; it is a great value. We all loved it. Its our new favorite restaurant in Park City! Also, my son is gluten free and just about everything on the menu is gluten free!
Super cuisine but very awkward and slow service. This was a business dinner that took far too long
Dave, we appreciate your feed back and patronage. Service is important to us, we would be grateful if you can back in and let us properly take care of you.
From arrival to departure, the experience was top notch. As our server, Mr. Cox was attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. The Sommelier, Mr. White had all the right answers and perfect wine suggestions. Cocktails were flavorful and balanced as were each and every dish that hit table. True to the concept, the experience was memorable and we look forward to returning.
Great environment and service! Food was very good. They've only been open for a week or so I was told, did an awesome job all around, and entire staff was very friendly especially Katherine!
Check it out when you're in Park City, highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return next time we're in the area!!
Beautiful new bistro with outstanding food and service. A great addition to Park City! We shared the salad with smoked trout - delicately dressed with lovely flavour. I enjoyed the artic char with asparagus and mushrooms. Light tasting and perfectly cooked! My husband had the pork. It was grilled with a light smoky chargrilled taste accompanied by an incredible sliced potato and bacon wrapped pancake. Dessert was the apple beignets. We will definitely go back!
Restaurant opened one week ago, was back in town looking for a new experience was really impressed with the beautiful presentation and taste of the food, attentive service, nice wine list, welcome to the neighborhood.
We had a wonderful meal at Courchevel Bistro last night.
We began our meal with an Onion Tart, and the Market Salad. The Onion tart was the best we have ever enjoyed. The pastry was extraordinary! The market salad was light and deliciously composed of Smoked local trout and Frisee.
For our entrées we had The Bouillabaisse with Artic Char and Crawfish. The dish was superb, but not an ordinary Bouillabaisse. Our 2nd Entrée was the Steak Parmentier. A nice piece of wagyu beef, braised to perfection, and served with beautiful diced vegetables, and a potato cream.
We look forward to our next visit.
We attended a soft opening. The services was wonderful. The food was good. The only thing I would strongly recommend is to put some noise dampeners in the space. I was really loud. But the space is beautiful and I am sure it will be quite a success when it opens.
A fabulous meal! Great ambience. Chef Clemant never ceases to disappoint. Highlights were the house made bread, Char and chicken. And the delicious assortments of pastries and deserts.
Absolutely above my expectations! Loved everything about Courchevel!
Beautiful new restaurant. They did such an amazing job with all the food.
Service was attentive, professional and appropriately laid back. The food was amazing. Assigning each person a different menu was brilliant!!! Each one of us had the opportunity to share each course.
Hats off to all involved with special congratulations and thanks to Clement.
