   This was the worst experience I have had in a restaurant in a very long time. I booked this restaurant to treat my college daughter to a special Easter Lunch. We arrived at 1:15 pm on Easter 2025 and was sat immediately which was a good sign, since it was 30 minutes before our reservation. When we were sat it took the waitress 10 minutes to come and take our drink order and even though we were ready to order food she didn't take our order. Then 20 minutes later we got our drinks, was able to order, and then waited. We got our appetizer and salad fairly quickly and we just thought the server was a little off even though the restaurant was not busy. At 2:20 pm, I asked the waitress when our food would arrive. The manager came and told us their was a mishap with ticket printer tape and the kitchen did not get anyones order so it would be a little longer. I gave the restaurant 20 more minutes and at 2:40 pm informed our waitress to close our ticket so far as we are leaving. Four other tables were having similar experiences. The waitress said she would clear our ticket, so no charge for the appetizer, and we left. We drove 10 mins to Texas Roadhouse, got in immediately, order was taken within 5 minutes, and we had our food 20 minutes later. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will not be ever going there again based on this experience. Such a dissapointment!

   Really great service by everyone. Steak plates unfortunately were not prepared correctly for 4 of the 6 diners (medium turned out to be rare, rare was well done, etc.) some orders never delivered e.g., received baked potato instead of steak fries, regular salad instead of Ceasar, The manager and server responded promptly and professionally and were focused on satisfying us in spite of the errors. All that said, the steaks we did finally receive cooked correctly were tasty and nicely presented.

   We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took us over an hour to get our food. The waiter spilled salsa on my grandfather and spilt 2 drinks on my husband. This was our first time trying this place and it was a special dinner with my grandparents and we were absolutely disappointed. Not sure if we will give it another try or not.

   We visited Corralitos for date night, but would also be a great family steakhouse outing as there were families seated around us. Plenty of delicious food options in a moderate price range. We had chicken fajitas and a tenderloin steak and tallow. Our drink, the mezcal flower, was superb, as were the chips and roasted house made salsa.

   The service was great. This was my second time here and I was very disappointed in the food. The first time I got a NY strip and it was cooked pretty good, cooked the way I wanted it. This time, my steak was cooked the way I wanted it. However, my lobster and my significant others shrimp were way over cooked and so dry. Plus my SO NY strip was well done when she asked for medium. This place is a hit or miss

   Very expensive for poor quality food. However, the waitress was amazing!

    Ot was just a bad experience from start to finish. Ot was Valentine's Day, and the restaurant did not handle the crowd well, whatsoever.
