Cork & Gabel, a restaurant fusion of Irish, Italian, and German cuisine, opened in 2018 in Detroit's Corktown district. We are known for our use of modern techniques on old school classics. European comfort food is a staple at Cork & Gabel. We pride ourselves on being a scratch kitchen, sourcing and using Michigan vendors including farmers and small business. Fresh is key when it comes to providing a great experience and we make everything we can fresh and in house.

Great food - interesting menu. The calamari, mushroom ravioli and lamb Bolognese were all great. Interesting flavors. The wine list was a little limited but what we had were very good Cool decor. They need to have a few physical menus available instead of just the QR code

One of our favorite casual restaurants. Nice menu, although I was surprised they would not do a "build your own" omelet. Have always had excellent service. Everyone is very friendly. Took a walk through the train station after lunch and it made for a nice day!

First time there, such an amazing place, can't believe I've never been here before. This will definitely be put in our rotation of places to eat downtown, can't say enough good things about it!

Our go to place for family events. Brunch was great and my son wants everyone to know the chicken wings were also excellent.

Amazing place. The location is perfect and the building is filled with history. The food is outstanding, service incredible, super fast, and overall great place. We will most certainly be back and spread the word!
